Downloading files through Hitfle Premium is fast and convenient.

I was able to find exactly what I needed, and not only that file, but there are also many other files available which I might download as well! The service is very reasonably priced!

So far everything seems to work as advertised. Occasionally the speed drops a bit, but it's just as likely my ISP being the issue.

I'm brazilian and many of your material is for Russian people, so I waste a lot of time downloading material to discover that it'll not work for me.

I bought premium and download speed is now much faster. I saw that some people were having issues with premium but it worked with me.

And They removed the PAY SAFE card option from their site which is very easy way to make payment.

Please, Don't use this.

Even if you make a premium payment, the speed is only 30 KB to 300 KB.

No one wants this premium service.

No one is paying in anticipation of this speed.

They promised the FAQ a maximum speed of 1GB per second, but you're would never enjoy that speed.

I bought a premiun acct on may 19 2020 and
I never got the activation code but they took my money from my credit card.

I e-mail to their customer support mail, I NEVER GOT any answer from them!.

I found a the way via telegram to comunicate with them and after showing them the proof of the buy I did at their web page... and Im stil waiting for the activation code... and After a few minutes I got this answer from her.

Im Stil waitting! I also hear from premium user that got the service.... and they complain about the speed. The speed are very slow. 50-70 kb/s.
Thx god I only bought the 12.45 plan.

Now Im hoping at least to get the activation code or my money back!

Absolutely ZERO customer support. Purchased the Premium service and the process sends you to a site that is not part of Hitfile.net. My purchase went through and was processed but did not receive an email confirmation and logging still shows as free service with the option to update. Reviewed the FAQ about this and it asks to make sure cookies aren't blocked, and everything on my end is fine. Email sent to their posted email address, message sent to their message center on their site and so far no response after 3 days. The email has been bounced back to me with a message stating that delivery has been delayed and will eventually be stopped if the message can't be received.

As far as the download capabilities I can't review that at all. I Will likely be contesting my purchase with my credit card company. Had I known how sketchy this service is I wouldn't have even visited the site.

e.g couple mins 200Kb/sec then 1.0Mb/sec then back to 200KB/sec
Haven heard form them when i put complain in,so they don't care about customer service seems like it.
overall it does the job.
