Overall, great service.

I'm an English teacher, and Hitfile is just great. It had helped me a lot. It's really fast.

Ok speeds, I don't know why everyone is crying "Slow Speeds, not worth it, or I have X k/bs instead of full speed !!!!!1" Even on HTTPS my Aria2 download manager reports 3.2 to 2.8 Mbps with the site warning that in HTTPS mode you might have slowdowns, which never happened to me. As for auto-bill in credit cards, don't use your credit card directly! nowhere anywhere, either use PayPal or Paysafe and you are golden. I will see after a 25-day trial run if it will credit me again and I will repost accordingly.

Thank you for the opportunity to get lots of things - practically all the downloads were successful and fast.

Update: Had a response after 2 days and have been able to access the account again today. If I can have access for the rest of the period I paid for, I´ll change the review below accordingly.

The only good thing about my experience with Hitfile is that I obtained more than the value of the subscription, in the brief time I had access.
I paid for 45 days access through the official website and at the time of writing this review have only been able to access platform on the first day (less than 12 hours)
After signing up I received a verification email from "billing" with a link to access my account. In my first visit to the site I looked at my account details for an option to set or change a password - if it exists, I didn´t see it, which I though was odd.
Sure enough, when I tried to access the account again, it asks for a password. They have an option to recover/ reset the password and they inform you they have sent an email. I tried this 5 times, no email, not in spam.
I sent an email to Roman on the help desk @hitfile.net - delivery failed
I sent an email to “info” – delivery failed (due to a server – turbobit.net)
I sent an email to Arnold (the person who accepted my money, thankfully via paypal) - No answer.
I sent a message through their feedback system on the webpage - server failed.
I found the skype contact, support.turbo (also linked to a "Roman") tried that - no answer.
So it appears there they are experiencing some serious technical difficulties. Thankfully I didn´t upload any important files.
There is an undeniable link between hitfile and turbobit, similar webpage, same text, same "Roman"? and very similar reviews.
If you are planning on using Hitfile for entertainment, I would look elsewhere.

This is the best site to get any educational resource, you name it they got it!!!

Everything was great! Very useful for me as a teacher!

High speeds, Large downloads, No viruses. Most files come with excellent instructions. Vast library of products. No dead links.

Premium is hardly even worth it.
"3 minutes" for a 550mb file, yea no. More like 2 hours with Premium and I'm on a 100mb/s connection.

Save your money and don't waste it on whatever this is, 90kb/s for 10€? No thank you.

Sucks I can’t even download movies just a blank page comes up with movie name waste of time and money will be letting everyone know

Certainly, premium way of downloading files is much better then free one.

But
They have blocked the ability of downloading files from my IP.
Managers lame excuse goes this way - they think that activity from my IP is strange. And they will restore my ability to download files only if I change my IP.

I want to buy a subscription because the content looks good but after reading over all the FAQ and all the other explanations and emailing them multiple times....I see NO WAY to cancel the autobill subscription on the premium subscription. I don't want to subscribe the rest of my life, just once. They say on the site you must email technical support but there is no tech support email given. they also say you must contact something called Plimus.com but link sends you to something called sandbox that demands a user pass. I just want to know the EXACT PRECISE SPECIFIC WAY TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. Can anyone explain this...assume I'm an idiot and walk me through this ridiculously complicated process. Thanks,,,,
