This is a really great family run business. Superb customer service with very fast response times and friendly and helpful contact. I found them after having made a search on a Fjallraven jacket. They had it in stock and at a great price. It was posted out the same day and reached me in Shetland a few days later. Please have no hesitation in ordering from this store - they’re excellent!

Great products, great prices and quick postage. There was a small issue with my product (manufacturers fault) which they rectified asap and posted out the missing item within 2 days

Hit the Trail is a great shop - they have hard-to-find items at really good prices with prompt service and delivery. They feel like a company that really cares about their customers and it shows throughout the process.

What a gorgeous company and gem of a find. Nothing was too much bother and incredibly hands on, caring and personable customer service with 'real humans' making the process seamless. A proper family business who delivered within 2 days, gorgeous leading market ski products at exceptional value. After using another company that failed to deliver with weeks of delays, this was a breath of fresh air. A truly fantastic company who deserve every credit they get.

firstly i saw a youtube video from Russell on his channel and had looked at hestra gloves previously. I sent an email, but actually spoke with Russell who called immediately after i'd sent it. He was extremely helpful and friendly and i felt straight away this was someone passionate about his business and knowledgeable about the products. he re enforced the decision to purchase the wakayama gloves, and i wasnt disappointed.I woould highly recommend Russell and his business and will be using them again.

I can't rate Hit the Trail highly enough. Selling quality products at a reasonable price and not losing sight of customer focus. The personal note and sweeties in the bag were much appreciated.

Excellent first experience ordering from HTT - delivery was far quicker than anticipated (including a BH it was 3 days quicker!). Price was top and £50 for free delivery is a winner. Came with DHL so was able to reschedule delivery easily to take account of the surprise early arrival. Nice to support a family concern!

Wow really great customer service. We ordered Friday before bank holiday weekend for next day delivery and they phoned to let us know we would be receiving on the Tuesday and checking this was ok.(which was perfect). Our bag got delivered and my
Daughter is over the moon, specially with the little note and bag of sweets. Lovely little touch. Thank you.

My first purchases from Hit The Trail - a selection of Fjallraven goodies: shirt, seat pad, travel pillow, key ring - arrived quickly and safely (courtesy of DHL) in a sturdy brown paper envelope, all in their original packaging with labels. I'm delighted with them. The printed receipt included a handwritten thank you and a small packet of sweets. Excellent website, good prices, superb communication and fantastic service. I bought a bag from here at a discounted price, cheaper than anywhere else I could find online. It was dispatched quickly, arrived in perfect condition, and I even had a nice handwritten note from Russ! You have the option of choosing recycled packaging which was great. Would highly recommend.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews but this one totally worth it. Superb fast delivery and price seriously competitive, I'm one that prefers to support non chain businesses and wasn't disappointed here, the Roben fire beetle being a cracking little cooker to take out on military exercises and more, time for some egg banjos in quick time.
Plus love the offer of green packaging and re using packaging when possible, hats off to them and will be my first port of call when needing anything else.

Great company! Prompt delivery and a lovely hand written note inside, alongside free gift wrapping! The personal touch goes a long way. Will definitely order from these guys again :)

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but felt I had to make an exception for Hit The Trail. Not only were they the cheapest place for what I wanted (beating all the big names and literally every other online shop I could find), the reward scheme essentially gives me 10% of my order back for my next shop making the cheap prices even cheaper!
