Great customer service
I was unhappy with the product I got it was probably more my fault than theirs. I emailed him and they gave me two different options that were perfect so I chose one and they're gonna mail it out priority. Very pleased. Don't shop with Hivebabe again.

I ordered a sweatshirt a 2X I did not look or see the size chart, I realized after I ordered that the sweatshirt would be coming from Hong Kong and the sizes are very off from them. I asked for a refund and the customer service got back to me very quickly asked me why I wanted a refund. I'd let them know that I did not realize it was coming from Hong Kong and that the sizes they offered would be way too small for me! Charlotte, customer representative did give me a refund!

I received my sweatshirt the i ordered to wear for valentines day and this is a cheap shirt. Doesn't look like what I saw on Facebook at all. I won't be ordering again. And it took over a month to get my order. All other companies I ordered from the clothing looks like their ads. I am very disappointed.

First of the Pajamas truly are very nice. But my 5 start rating comes from the customer support, when I ordered the denim look alike pajamas I emailed Hivebabe and Sunny got back to me right away to let me know when to expect them. Then after receiving them I emailed Sunny at Hivebabe back and asked if I could order a Larger top only as the one I ordered did not fit around my wife's chest. I got an email the next day stating yes I could and it is coming free of charge. They did not have to do that because I didn't order correctly but because they are a quality business taking care of their customers they did so anyways. Now we are looking forward to more purchases from Hivebabe.

Did not receive order and can’t get ahold of anyone
I ordered a jacket on Dec 12th 2025 for my sister’s birthday and she never received it and they took payment through my account, I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone via email and have had no response.
