Awesome company and they carry Tony's chocolate at the best price. I just had a delivery problem and Cris in customer service was on it. Turns out it was a FedEx problem but Cris was doing everything to make it right. The shipment arrived and we are enjoying our chocolate now. I highly recommend Hive Brands.
I ordered a large order of candy about $70 worth. They sent me all bags about to expire. They told me it was part of them trying to minimize waste. Guess it will waste at my home on my dime instead of their warehouse. How nice!
I love this company! I originally found out about them from a credit card rebate offer, and I’m so glad I gave them a try! Their mission of sustainability - environmentally-friendly, social-conscious products - is something I fully support. The selection of products is carefully curated. I’ve found unique products and gotten great prices on products I already use. Any interactions with customer service (asking for assistance with my subscription) have been incredibly helpful and positive. Finally, their shipping and packaging is top notch! I have never received such carefully packed items, and the boxes are such good quality, I save them to reuse! I can’t say enough good things about Hive!
I ordered from here because sustainable groceries are hard to find, and I thought it operates like any other online grocery shop like Instacart or Amazon Fresh. Even though the items were marked up, I still went ahead and perched $800 worth of groceries. After placing the order, I thought they would ask me to select a delivery date, but no. The order was placed days ago, and I am still emailing customer service asking when it will ship, only to get vague answers like today or tomorrow. Terrible scammy company giving sustainability a bad name and using it only to mark up and sell overpriced items scamming on people's good nature. Stay away!
