Absolutely brilliant ! Clicked on the link to remove the white background from my photo design and it worked.

Customer service from all departments was outstandingly good in respect of availability to discuss by phone as well as good email dialogue and clear quoting and ordering systems.Both embroidery and printing proof depts.got their job done fast and accurately.
Their employee Bobby, who was my main contact, went out of her way to satisfy all the questions, queries and arrangements, and you felt as though you were their biggest customer ever, even for a relatively small order.
She was polite, accommodating and ultra-professional, with an upbeat attitude.
This also applied to the lady on the trade counter/shop (I think Joanne) on 11th April late afternoon, who was equally as approachable.
Yes, I would recommend this company if you want to feel relaxed that they will listen carefully and deliver on your needs exactly and efficiently. I have no affiliation with them whatsoever.

This was my first time with Hivis - and it was an excellent experience. I appreciated the range of garments, sizes and printing options and the ability to do the design myself. The staff were careful to check with me that everything was exactly as I required it and all went to plan. The final result is wonderful. My unique sweatshirt gets its first proud outing in public this evening!

I recently purchased multiple high visibility jackets in red from your company, however, upon receiving them, I noticed that they were actually bright pink. As a result, I returned the jackets at an additional cost of £17. Despite my concerns, your company conducted an investigation and concluded that the jackets were indeed red. I am disappointed with the service I have received and feel that my concerns were not adequately addressed. If I had wanted pink jackets, I would have specifically requested them. I am unsatisfied with the outcome of this situation, I would not recommend

We had an amazing experience with this company! The staff were incredible at designing and responding to our questions. The T-shirts arrived promptly for our event, and the print quality was perfect. A massive thank you to the team. We will definitely be using them for all our charity printing requirements.

Ordered some polo shirts online on Sunday. Phoned them Monday because I'd made an error on the order. Got the corrected order on Wednesday. Brilliant service.

I needed 30 Hi-vis vests in a hurry and Hivis were able to turn around my order overnight and get them to me in time.

Ordered 4 Railway HiVis vests with printed back logo. Day after ordering I was called by sales to advise that the items I had ordered were not available and there was no foreseable date of these to be delivered to Hivis. As a gesture of good will I was offered an alternative which, even though more expensive, would be of no extra charge to me. The items have arrived within a few days and are excellent. To sum up, excellent customer service and supreb items. If ever I need further items this is the company I will use. Top marks to them.

Having initially found this company from ordering hi-viz waistcoats, which were promptly dispatched to us, we have now progressed to trusting them with our making our T-Shirts and Banners for our Corporate events for our JuiceBar business.
