Ordered items took several days to find out they were out of Stock not what the website said when they took my money. Agreed to change to another product i paid for express delivery and it took a week for them to arrive. When I chased this I was told they had to order product in no mention of this either on their website or when I spoke to them. I needed the product quickly this company is only interested in your cash. No apologies btw no refund on express delivery.

I have used this company twice now for custom designed hi-vis vests and find them to be very good.
The customer service is excellent, you can ring them up and they tailor the order to your needs.
I found them also the most flexible in terms of the choice of design.
They are the cheapest around for what I have found.
Both my orders arrived very promptly.
With the first batch around 20% of the vests had slight flaws such as poorly finished threads etc.
I fed that back when I ordered the second batch and I haven't found any flaws this time around.

Excellent support with a really fast response and no quibble replacement of jacket.

Took around a week to arrive which was fine as I wasn't in a hurry for the Hi Vis vests with personal printing.
However, whilst the vests were the right size chest wise, they were extremely short.

I've been wearing Hi Vis vests for 30 or so years but have never had one that was short before. They're actually 6 inches shorter than the ones they were due to replace.

I appreciate that you mention different manufactures having different sizes but I've never experienced a large fitting (6XL) Hi Vis being short.

Because it has a logo on, I can't return it so therefore have a garment that I can't use or even give away

Really easy to use their website to produce bespoke hi-via jackets which exactly matched my requirements, quickly produced and posted to me and they look great.

Poor ordering experience - the website can't add up and although it charged me for the hi-vis vests it then didn't add on the printing charge. I thought I'd paid the full amount but then received a proforma invoice for an additional amount with no explanation for what it was for. On phoning sales I found out the website can't add up and an extra charge was payable.

There are a number of opportunities missed here... one being having a website that can add up. The other is to clearly state in a followup email as to what the issue is.

Ordered a couple of Hi-Vis jackets and a t-shirt with a custom print on them.

Last minute order processed super quickly and efficiently. T-shirts are great quality and exactly what we wanted. Customer service was fantastic too. Thank you to Colette and the team!

The quality of the items was good and we received them in the stated time. There was a minor printing error on one but this was resolved to our satisfaction by a refund of the printing charge on that item within 48 hours. We thought this was better environmentally than sending items to landfill and demanding replacement. I would use this supplier again but in future would use the comments box to ensure any unusual spelling or style requirements weren’t seen as mistakes and ‘corrected’.

Just bought a pair of orange hi-viz cargo trousers as I volunteer on a Heritage Railway. I liked their website and ordering process, it was comprehensive but quite easy to follow. The goods arrived when stated, and when I tried them on they fitted like a glove. The garment appears to be very well made and they are extremely comfortable.
The only problem I have is that my phone won’t quite fit in the phone pocket, (I know, big deal, but I had to find something to moan about didn’t I. Not that I would use it for a phone anyway with all the crawling around under railway vehicles.)
All in all a pleasurable experience and I do recommend this company.

First class service, requested a quick turnaround and HiVis not only delivered a brilliant quality product but delivered early!

We ordered a sample hoody with screen printing from this company. The ordering process was okay but checkout proved cumbersome due to some sort of paypal error.

After hours of trying, I rang customer support and was asked to create an account then login to order which I did.

Waiting about 7 days with no sign of my order being shipped, I rang again feeling very concerned and was told for the first time there is an extra price for shipping quicker than 7 days. Phew.

Fortunately the order shipped the next day but at this point, honestly I was no longer expecting much but just hoping for the best. You can imagine my surprise then when I received and opened the parcel.

Very exceptional print quality was noticed right away! When compared at close range with items prior printed elsewhere (including some printed by a big name company), the HiVis product was so much more vibrant, sharp and crisp!

Price of the apparel was also very reasonable and the quality of the actual product top notch. Sleeve length was suitable for tall sized market. The only thing I'd advise is please package in a manner that keeps it from getting squeeze marks.

We will be ordering again and hopefully the admin issues will improve. Thanks, HiVis and keep up the good work.

Would highly recommend.. ordered for an event and communication was great, online order followed by phone all and rushed order through for us. High quality printing and arrived bang on time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again 🙂

OMG, what a lifesaver of a company I bumped into late on a Friday afternoon. I would not want everyone to rush their orders like I had to as I forgot to get my gear ready for the exhibition, but if you need a job done, these are the people to go to. They are friendly, helpful and "Get the Job done". I was equally surprised to get my parcel "The Next Day!!!" All problems solved. Thank you Hivis!!!

I ordered Hi Vis from this company for a charity and I must say I tought it would be immpossible to replicate our design...But guess what because of them our designs is just so awsome and perfect and no regrets in choosing this company for HI VIS . You can choose your own colour and have them in different sizes and they do alot more if you take a lool..I couldn't wish for anymore..Im so over whelmed Thanks to all your hard work who made this come true..
