Perfect construction PPE thanks

Ordered some hi-viz jackets and found the design team really helpful and so much better at designing that I was!
Unfortunately DPD returned delivery to company as 'unable to deliver' which was ridiculous as we are open at least 5 days a week from 8am to 6.30pm. This is not the fault of Hivis but just an annoyance.
Very happy with the service, communications and quality of the vests.

We ordered at 10am had it by 9am next day!

We have used hivis.co.uk’s services for ages, not big orders but orders all the same, we use the hard hat stickers on all our kit and flight cases, being super durable and great quality, they last for ages. The quality and durability of the stickers are so high that a few of my friends have started doing the same with their equipment

As with most UK companies, unless your on the MAINLAND you can forget about getting any deliveries in a timely manner. HOWEVER when I pay £15 for a thin piece of clothing it should have been here when it said NEXT DAY (2DAY FOR OTHER UK).LIE#1. Despite ringing the company before I placed an order that expensive I was ASSURED that they had stock of the jacket and the hood! Six days later I sent an email trying to chase up my order, none was found online I had to send an inquiry email I recd response a day later *checking on payment email* (the payment was paypal and was done that instant out of my account.) LIE# 2. Then got email where I'm being told they dont have one of the items in stock 8 days later LIE#3 NOW i get a letter that my order will be here in 5 more days. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM AND I WILL BE TELLING ALL MY COMPANY CONTACTS TO STAY WELL CLEAR!

I needed these products urgently so paid an extortionate price for next day service. This was not fulfilled. Excuses followed - disputing the promises of website (which therefore is not in plain English!). Part of the order was never delivered. Luckily, a competitor was able to fulfill our order and will receive all future orders. Still awaiting part of the order after nearly two weeks, despite £18 next day delivery.

Very impressed with the pricing and quality of the Winter Hi Vis Jacket that I purchased including the application of my company branding (with full approval review before it was applied)

So pleased to have found HiVis on the internet, a nugget of gold - the order was due in a super tight deadline - the team at HiVis couldn't have been more helpful + professional and the client was delighted. Thank you again for your excellent service. I'll be back.

I was struggling to get the items I required due to the current supply issues. However the staff went out of their way to spend time suggesting alternative products.
I have no problem recommending hvis and will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

Fantastic customer service ....my order was a small one item , but the service was 5 star has I ordered my item early hours of the morning and was delivered to me next day by 10am .Within that timescale my printing was done on the item and despatched. I even got a friendly phone call just to check my order prior printing .When my item arrived it beat my expectations.....fantastic customer experience.....highly recommended company.

Bobby in the office provided excellent customer service when it came to our urgent need to get the goods earlier than we'd originally ordered for. Following our phone conversation, the branded bibs were produced and delivered within 24 hours!

Order placed on 05/09/2021, 3 days later I received a phone call informing the colour I wanted is not in stock and had to change it, then I received an email saying I have to pay ££17.16 more because the design for 2 of the vests was not on the initial invoice.
I checked the invoice and it says Custom Printed Hi Vis Vest and Custom Printed Hi Vis Vests with Pockets so I cannot tell which ones were not paid for. Anyway, I asked for clarification and I received the same email informing I have to pay £17.16 extra... I then replied asking to remove one of the vests and let me know the whatever extra I have to pay. I never received any reply since, even though I sent two more email asking for an update.
Finally, I called my bank and asked to cancel the transaction.

Delighted with my purchase! The Hi-Vis vests are good quality and the personalised text is extremely clear. It took about 4 weeks to arrive but customer service was helpful and issued replacements when I hadn't received my item initially.

Very slow - over 4 weeks and still don't received item for a very simply Text Only print, no response to emails, no apology or explanation, waste of time and money

Super customer service and very high quality product.

I needed the item urgently so I called and spoke to the staff before placing and order. The person I spoke to was very patient and listened. He then explained the best options for me and how I can get the items as quickly as I wanted them. This showed there was a customer first focus!.
We ordered customised masks and uploaded the graphic. I was amazed that they were able to reproduce the masks just like what I designed via the designer tool on their website. The material is of high quality and unlike the masks we buy online, these masks have a piece of rubber on the strings to make them adjustable to fit any size. I would would confidently recommend Hivis

Amazing customer service complete focus on the customer and their needs. I ordered the wrong product, contacted them, they have immediately dispatched the right product even though it was my error and all done with amazing completely focused customer service. Bobby you were amazing and very efficient, I will definitely be recommending your company.

Disappointed. Uploaded the standard Logo that I've been using for over 4 years for all of my marketing, yet the end product came out turquoise as opposed to Grey. They blamed the "loss in colour/detail" when the logo goes from "one system to another".

Whilst I get a slight difference, there is an unacceptable difference between grey and turquoise!

The best they would offer is free postage on my next order! As if I would order again - I have 4 brand new items that I cannot use as they look embarrassing.

3 stars just because of speedy delivery as advertised - but I would not use the company again I'm afraid.

Ordered some hi viz for our operation santa. Got them printed. The company printed our logo on front and operation santa as asked but added gathering snow on the words on the back turning a hi viz into a much sought after seasonal fashion statement our event is being filmed for tv so thanks for making us look cool
