Great serivce with communication

I was looking for a company that can deliver hi-vis in competitive prices. They had to be customised with a print on the back and they delivered on promises. Additionally they had no facility to accommodate Purchase Order on their website, but provided alternative solution which worked during busiest time of the year.

Realised after speaking to team that…

Realised after speaking to team that part of our order was missed .
When I spoke to their office I was told there was nothing they could do and it was our fault for not checking delivery .
Not they will take a look to see if a mistake was made or if their records show it was delivered on a separate date .

HI Leo, Sorry you feel to give us a one star review. But after you slamming the phone down on Julie in our returns department, who was trying to explain, that one box was delivered and signed for on the 5th of september and all the goods were in 1 box (vests and hard hats).

Small Order But Great Service!

I only required a small order of helmet logo stickers & must say that Katie & the team at Hivis were excellent. They kept me informed at each stage of the order & the stickers were dispatched within a few days. Highly recommended!

4 weeks delivery - not 2 - 3 days as promised

Very slow - over 4 weeks for a very simply Text Only print, no response to emails, no apology or expanation, had to buy alternatives in the meantime so absolutely useless and a waste of time and money

We see you called about the delivery of 2 hi vis vest with printing on the 30th which you ordered on the 20th ? and they left us on the 29th and were delivered that same day 30th of October by dpd courier who also sent messages and emails stating as such . 4 weeks ??? No

Great customer service and quality products.

In this modern world a sign of a great business is not just in the delivery and quality of a product but how they respond when you want changes. Lauren and her team have been excellent tweaking my samples all the way through giving me confidence to move to a regular supply. Customer service is king and my experience has been excellent. Can highly recommend. Well done to the team at HIVIS

For some bizarre reason they thought it…

For some bizarre reason they thought it would be ok to only part of my company name on my workwear. They refused to accept any responsibility for their error and the customer service is nonexistent. I’m now forced to accept I’ve been ripped off or go through hassle of legal action. The items they’ve sent are only good for the bin.

I see our returns dept have sent you emails and spoke to you about this issue. I aslo see where we snet proofs and you replied saying OK to proceed, and I see "Brickwork Ltd" was missed from the print.
I see all the email corresponance/proofs etc, and that we accepted and offered to bring these back and add the extra missing text but you didnt want this, we also offered to reduce the costs and refund, but you also refused this. Im unsure of what else we can offer to do.
You say fit for the bin? Im sure having us bring them back and re do them to how they should be would "avoid the bin"

As for legal action, that is of course your choice, you will find we have done everything we can, and cant help you if you point blank refuse.

As for it being the Pits, thats of course a matter of opinion but I agree in this case we let you down slightly.
You see, at checkout you were shown the message and across our website, its states due to covid some lead times may be exetended and if you require clarification or deadlines please call. I see you didnt call?
But as we also state boldly everywhere on the web and in all communication our printed item lead times are 7 working days,(esp during covid) I see your order was place on the afternoon of 8th and desptched on the 21st, this extends our lead time by 2 days so apologies.

Part of this was we had to redraw your logo as you uploaded a logo that some rubbish sogtware was used to remove the white background before you sent it to us, and it had all pixelations and was not suitable for printing, zoom in on it and see what I mean. SO we did a redraw on this this free of charge ! which takes time and costs us money.

"THE PITS"and a 1 is defo debatable ? (as is the potential 100 masks) but you are entitled to your opinion.
Just as is my opinion that I wouldnt want to deal with someone who speaks ro people the way you have done in TWO feedbacks. Constructive is always welcome, RANTING and insulting is not.

I’ve never bothered to pay a compliment to a website for its ease of use before. But I’ve just bought a couple of face masks from this company and the ordering and payment functionality is brilliant. A pleasure to use actually. I get so so sick of fiddly ordering on wobbly or complex websites.

Highly recommend this company

If you are looking for a company that does what it says, and exceeds expectations then you should definitely use Hivis. The customer service is excellent, any questions answered swiftly and helpfully. The products are also of a great quality and exactly as they appear on the website. First time customer but will definitely be returning. I've been dealing with Dave, he's a top bloke.

I urgently required PPE, signage and new staff uniforms due to short notice of opening my pub after lockdown. From an initial conversation with hivis.co.uk they set my mind a ease informing me of everything that I might require. 24 hours later it was at my front door. I've been in business for 20 years and rarely have I ever seen such efficient and quality service. Well done you guys, I will definitely be promoting you to other local businesses.

Absolutely useless

absolutely useless, there are far better services on the market.

order vests that were showing as "in stock" on the website, turns out they were out of stock and heavily delayed despatching.
I gave a benefit of the doubt and placed a second order for more vests, showing as in stock.. had to accept an alternative vest as one colour wasnt in stock.
inspected the first shipment to find a velcro vest in an order soley made up of zip vests 🤦‍♂️

email to get this sorted and seems no haste will be put into the issue to have a replacement shipped out quickly to complete our order within our timeframes.

i will not be using these again and do not recommend their service at all.

Hi Ashley, sorry about the mix up, maybe a rogue vest without zip was in the box that we import.

I am led to believe you were re selling our products on to one of your customers, so we obviously slowed down your supply chain.

Im confused though where you say our website was showing stocks available, as our website is not set up to show stocks? maybe you confused us with another website ?

We are though admittedly , like most wholesalers/companies/ businesses experiencing some slight difficulty in our usual very high supply standards in stocking some fast moving product lines whilst the country is still recovering from the Pandemic, though to get round this we have almost 1 million pounds worth in our warehouse, but in this case the 1 hi vis vest we let you down without zip (of the order of 20 I believe). We could not replace for you the very next day as we had no stock.

As our admin informed you we would certainly have shipped this for free the same same day if we had stock, but just didn't so we are sorry.

I also note that Bobby/Julie has sorted the cost query and told you to keep or recycle the "rogue vest" so as to avoid further costs and to save some c02 in returning to us. But if you feel you are out of pocket please let us know

it is a pity you won't be reselling any of our products in future, we never like to lose customers as we supply many successful businesses who resell our products custom and none customised to others.

Used to be great company with great…

Used to be great company with great customer service. We use it many times with no issues. Last order we got completely damaged and partly open wet smelly box wrapped with plastic with wet product inside. On our request to replace this on a brand new product Hivis "support" suggest it still OK to use smelly wet things. They mention the protective film is not damaged so how this became wet then unless it have been sent wet? They ask for photos but what kind of additional proof you require when see on our photos completely damaged wet box with wet things inside. Finally they offered £20 to get 100pcs of Hivis laundered. No responsibility for a shipping accepted. So easy to ask local shipping company who deliver it to our door to investigate and sort this especially when charge £350 for shipping for one box but this guys are not willing to do nothing. Sure if we based in England can easily sue them but for overseas orders is very complicated. Very unqualified and unfriendly customer service.

Hi Marat NZ, first Id like to apologise for the damaged boxes you received. But to try and rectify it can we re iterate that we need to see the damages to the actual goods before we can enter a claim with the courier who delivered them to New Zealand for you.
We have asked twice for you to send us pictures of the actual damaged goods, but both times we didn't get them, just ripped cardboard box pics. We noted the protective polythene we use as a secondary measure was still intact?
Of course issues like this do arise from time to time esp with worldwide shipping, and if you can proved us with what we asked, I will ensure a resolution can be found. We don't like to have customers feel they aren't being served, but Im sure you understand we need to prove the items are defective and not just the packaging.
