This company is in the process of being wound up, so emails and phone calls are not answered and it's pot luck whether you get your order or not.

I don't usually post reviews but on this occasion I felt I needed to, to stop other crafter's from buying from this awful company. I wish I could give this company a zero. I ordered some air dried clay on 03rd July 2025
I had confirmation of my order with a delivery time of between 04th - 07th. July. To date nothing. I kept ringing most of day yesterday, no reply, can't send message on the site, saying there's an error. E mailed, again no reply. Just rang again, no reply. PLEASE, PLEASE avoid this company. I don't even know if I am getting the product I ordered.

I wish I could rate zero. Three weeks ago I ordered an item from this company with delivery promised in 2/3 days. Still not arrived, two emails with no response and a message on FB messenger with an automated reply, nothing further. No reply on phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company should be closed down, you can not email or phone them, i am waiting for stamps they have supposed to have sent, so cross as i have been a customer for a long time, WHATS going on.

Part of my order not received. Chased via email with no response. Tried phoning but the number doesn’t get answered.

They owe me 3 stamps worth over £40.

I’ve checked the box so they will be notified, but don’t hold out much hope.

They WILL NOT answer emails, phone number not given. Found a number but its disconnected. I ordered over a week ago for delivery LAST Tues/Wed. I know its an item that is now not produced. They had my £30 though straigh away. They absolutely REFUSE to answer emails and if I don't get this order it will be very unfair as new orders are seemingly going out. Should be sent trcked if thats their excuse

Very unprofessional. They do not respond to emails. Cancelled an order with them - had to email as they do not provide a phone number on their website and the online contact form always throws up an error (how convenient). Received an 'order despatched' email four days after cancellation. It arrived today (5th day after cancellation) with an included flyer stating that they are closing down. I will initiate a chargeback for ignoring my request - I doubt they will be interested in providing return postage for an item I cannot use.

I received an email advising that my order had been despatched and deliver should have been 23rd to 24th January - this item which cost £18.99 has never arrived .
I have emailed twice and been notified that there is a problem with their server - there is no contact phone number

Customer service is deplorable

My delivery was due a week ago, I have emailed twice with no response. Just tried their website and it's not connecting. Also there is not a phone number of the order acknowledgement email. Not looking good. These people earn a living out of scamming.

Wrong item received (of much lower value) and no response to my email, which appears to be the only way to make contact with this company. Have used this company before with no issues, but will NOT be using again.

Absolutely shocking do not order with this comytheu take your money and don't send your items had to get a refund through PayPal as they didn't even bother to send a receipt, so glad I paid with PayPal or I'd be down £25, the owner of that company wants to be ashamed of there self, DONT NOT BUY FROM HIXXY ITS A SCAM

I have used this company for a few years with no issues, however, I placed an order 20th March 2024 and received a confirmation email with an expected delivery date within 48 hours.
Order not received by 30th March and I sent an email enquiry asking for confirmation of dispatch. No response received. I tried to contact via website enquiry but an error message displayed.
I again emailed 24 hours ago 4th April, again, no response.
Thankfully payment was made with PayPal so I have been able to raise a claim.
Alot of similar issues reported in last couple of weeks on social media, could it be the company has gone bust?
Will avoid in the future.

I placed an order with this company the money has been taken from my account but the goods have been received. What is so frustrating is that I can’t contact them and get a reply.?I’ve tried emailing them and numerous unanswered phone calls.

Sadly, I received my two item order and one of the items was incorrect. I e-mailed them (twice) without response and cannot get an answer by phoning them (five times over three days). Whilst I'm not actually out of pocket I do NOT have the goods I ordered.
I tried to complete their online "contact us" form when I was getting no reply but got "ERROR" message on submission.
How I WISH I'd read these reviews BEFORE ordering - I won't be making that mistake again. I've ordered from them previously without issue but am appalled that I've been unable to get in touch to resolve this issue by phone/e-mail/online

Shocking absence of customer service.
Hixxysoft happily accepted my order and took payment.
I emailed 10 days later to check on progress. No response.
I followed up with a second email again a week later. No response.
I tried their online contact form. No response.
19 days after I placed the order - no item, no contact, no apology for delay. How rude.
I eventually managed to claim a refund through PayPal.
Can you trust this company? Not in my experience. Buyer beware.

I've used this company for years and recommended them to many people but no more. Half an order I placed didn't arrive. I emailed, sent photo proof that they hadn't put it in the package and was completely ignored, despite many emails. Someone else emailed on my behalf, in case they were deliberatley ignoring my email address and was also ignored. Do not use this company if you don't want to loose your money.

Clear website which was easy to use, and really quick delivery. Item arrived in perfect condition and as described.

Missing one item , they said order was complete when it clearly wasn't. Sending messages a waste of time, phone is never answered and i feel thoroughly ripped off!!
Never again!
