Ordered a 1000 piece jigsaw last week. It was one which seems to be not widely available as it is mainly sold as a 500 piece puzzle.
Then I read recent negative reviews and wondered what was going on.
Very pleased that the puzzle arrived quickly. It was a standard price and included delivery costs.

Placed an order some of it arrived the rest has been outstanding for 10 days. All of there methods of contact are useless so now having to resort to Court Action to recover money THIS IS A RUBBISH COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Was very worried after ordering and then reading reviews but I placed my order for a newly released embossing folder on the Wednesday and it arrived Monday morning in perfect condition so I am happy that all turned out ok for me.

Ordered a Paula Pascual book template it did not have any instructions at all contacted Hixxysoft to ask if I could return to enable me to get a return label e-mailed three times never got a reply I have dealt with Hixxysoft for years never dealt with anyone else not anyone more will never deal with them again.

I don't recommend anyone buys any from them, even they have beaten prices. I received my cut and emboss folder this Monday. It was bent when it was arrived. I didn't open it and keep the original packing. I emailed them several times, but I have heard nothing from them until today (9:00pm Friday). There is no telephone number either. No way to contact. I presume the folder has to be binned. Shame on their customer services.

I placed an order with hixxysoft in November and normally they are pretty good company and never had any complaints…
The company Hixxysoft is called Hixxycrafts too which is a little confusing.. I did receive an email back after I emailed them they said my items have been dispatched but hadn’t got round to sending out emails..
I’ve sent another email but no reply from them yet.. I paid via PayPal I will contact them if I don’t receive my items.. Such a shame I’ve always purchased my dies and craft items from this company never had any problems in the past.

First time shopper with this company & definitely the last !
Communication dreadful, given sets of dates for delivery & nothing....

This company was fine when things were okay. After one month my email was acknowledged and I was told that the item not received will be sent. After several emails over the course of 4 months regarding the item that I did not receive, I was ignored. I would not recommend this company and would not buy from them again. They lack professionalism and integrity when it comes to dealing with customers’ concerns. I don’t think that it matters to them.

I don't recommend touching this company with a barge pole. I returned an order in accordance with their returns policy and the law on distance selling. I emailed before I sent it, after I sent it and FB messaged, but I've heard nothing back. There is no telephone number. And of course I don't have MY MONEY BACK. This is unlawful. Shame on you

I have not received any confirmation that the remainder of my order is on its way. Ordered 5 aall and create stamp sets but have received only one set. Have sent three emails and have not received a reply to any of them very disappointed wish i had read the reviews before I ordered definitely would not have placed an order. I am a pensioner and can not afford to be out this amount of money. Stanley Cameron

This is a terrible company, fine while everything is ok, as long as you don’t need your items quickly, but not when something is wrong with an order.
I sent them a number of emails, all were completely ignored, I tried phoning, number unavailable.
I will not be purchasing from them again, I definitely don’t recommend them.

I was so excited to see the items that were carried by this company. However, while I ordered three Crosstitch kits, I only received one. I have emailed several times and heard nothing back. I really want the items. I hope they get back in touch with me and let me know they are on the way. Otherwise, I’m going to have to go to my credit card company and ask for a refund. So very disappointing. I would be happy to write a more glowing review if they will get in touch.

i use this company so much in the past and was faultless,but sadly i ordered 2 items of the same i messaged them instantly to either cancel the order or to ring the pickers to not get 2 just one and refund it ,, it took 5 days for any response then it arrived so returned it straight away they have received it on the 8th and still no refund ,customer service is diabolical..if this isnt sorted asap they will leave me with no choice but to take the matter further ...

I ordered goods that arrived incorrect and after 10 phone calls that get cut off and no chance to leave a message and 4 e mails with no response After 5 days the Customer Service is a shambles and so I must return all for a refund

I placed an order with Hixxysoft on Thursday evening, received a despatch notification on Friday afternoon and received my complete parcel on Saturday. They have competitive prices, free delivery on every order and I an a happy customer.

I have just received another order from Hixxysoft and am delighted. The orders are dispatched really quickly and the prices are so competitive.

Fabulous customer service from Baz at Hixxysoft today. Always happy with their prompt and free delivery. Today, within 10 minutes of letting them know that one of my distress oxides, recently purchased, was damaged, a new one on the way. Good prices, excellent offers, free postage...what more could one want!!

I use to love this company for their prices and prompt free P&P. However, I had 2 or 3 orders with more than one item in each and they came in dribs and drabs. Not a problem, until one item never arrived. Sent messages via their site plus phoned several times, but never answered so, in the end, had to go via Pay Pal for a refund. A shame as they will loose custom.

As with an earlier review - it showed my order as shipped but 2 items were not in the shipping. I have emailed them 3 times to no avail. I found a phone number but it goes to answer phone. This was a super company to deal with in the past ...what has gone wrong? I want my items or I want my money back. I am hoping I paid through PayPal to try and get a refund that way!!

I have used hixxysoft for a long time and had no problems always quick return on items and told other people about them BUT the last order was in August I received part of it and it said on the delivery sheet the other item would be delivered on the 30th/31st August I waited a while and then 15th September started TRYING to contact them i have emailed twice and telephoned 3 times and left me phone no. STILL NOTHING AND IT IS NOW 25TH SEPTEMBER really fed up of waiting what else is there!!!!
