I recently bought a watch from HL Brown in a discounted price, and later found another UK based seller with even better price. I called HL Brown and sent them an email with the lower price link asking if there was a possibility of price match. HL Brown price matched and refunded the difference.

The staff were very professional throughout, correspondence was good via email resulting in a prompt delivery. The item I was after could not be located anywhere else in the UK. The watch arrived in perfect working order and was exactly as described.
I would use their services again if required.
