I had the greatest pleasure letting with Valerie Whitehead and Hayley Whitehead at HML Romford. The service was superb and their customer service skills are exceptional.

Prior to meeting them, other agents had been rather rude and obnoxious. From the moment I met the Romford team they were reassuring and thorough in their guidance.

I can't wait to enjoy my new home and I am greatful I found it through them!

Such lovely friendly Service!! I was seen by Hayley whitehead and was so happy with how everything was explained and how fast i got my keys to move in feel like not matter what problem I have or any questions I can always count on calling and getting help!

Terrible customer service. Rented for 3 years, reported several problems that were either ignored or forgotten about such as damp and ill fitting doors and after we left the property in better condition that we received it, including deep cleaning and painting fresh and despite never missing a single rent payment, they attempted to keep some of deposit for things ordinarily classed as fair wear and tear. Slowly negotiated down and tried to make it appear like they were doing a favour. A clear cash grab that only work for absent landlords. If you rent with them, class your deposit as gone unless you are willing to fight them on it. It’s like giving somebody a Toyota and expecting a Ferrari to be returned!

Ines, David and Nathan went out of their way to do everything they can to help us get the property we fell in love with. The whole team went above and beyond to make this happen for us and i couldnt recommend them more. Never have i worked with a company whos customer service is so exceptional. There is nothing too big or too small and they are always on the other end of the phone/email to help straight away. Thank you so much for everything. Very very highly recommend HML group

I remember making the call to them to notify them of her death and how upset they all were at losing such a lovely lady. Very satisfied with HML Romford. Moving in was as smooth as could be, and since then, any issues that have cropped up have been dealt with promptly and thoroughly. I mainly correspond with Hayley who has been fantastic, warm and friendly and always proactive in resolving any problems, not that we've experienced many. All the other team members i've dealt with have been great too. I would be happy to recommend HML to family and friends.
