I’ve been ordering from this site for a few years, they’ve been reliable with shipping and are very fast for an international company. They tend to have the items I want first before many other sites and communication with their staff is always fast and respectful.

Super great deals, fast shipping and also the package arrived super good nothing broken or missing i really recommend hobby genki for all collectors

Easily one of my favorite places to get my imports they always arrived safe and secure and even though customer support or responses may take a while they always will make sure your helped out

Ordered a figure from these guys last month and asked them when it would go out...no reply. I followed up again and still no reply. They never sent my figure so I had to get in contact with PayPal for a refund. This is a horrible company when it comes to customer service and shipping times. I would definitely not order from these guys.

They somehow lost the bonus that came with my order. When I asked them about it, they told me I wasn’t meant to have it despite it being listed as a bonus for every figure order. They offered a voucher but I asked for a partial refund instead and they took a whole WEEK to reply and send me a voucher code. This was the second time they did not read a single word I sent them. Do not use their services.

Terrible terrible.

At one point they were my go to for preorders but never again from now.

I am sick of having to chase them up to ship my orders. Every. Single. Time.

There’s no reason it should take them 3+ weeks to send paid orders.

Been waiting since 14th April for a shipping invoice for my warehouse order and despite chasing them up twice I’m yet to receive it, just asked to wait.

I’ve had to file PayPal claims to try and get my money back as they’ve taken such an excessive time.

This was my first time ordering from Hobby Genki, and I’m really impressed with the experience. I ordered booster boxes from the sets Nihil Zero and Ancient Roar, and everything arrived surprisingly fast.

The pricing was very fair, especially considering international shipping, and the overall process was smooth from start to finish. Both boxes arrived in near mint condition, well-packaged and protected.

Overall, a great first experience — I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future.

This is my first time receiving an order from Hobby Genki, it isn’t my first time ordering from them. I just got the Mafex Daredevil and it arrived in only 5 days!

Price was absolutely on par with even shopping in person in Japan. Perfectly priced and their offering are crazy!

Though the box was slightly dented in upon arrival, I have no doubt that it was just fault of DHL.

I can’t wait to receive my next 3 pre-orders in the coming months. Love these guys!

Secured my pre order and had it delivered and shipped in under a week from Japan to the US. Will pre order from here from now on.

definitely my go to online store for import action figures. I have swapped from other sites to Hobby Genki as my primary source for both pre orders and released items in general as they offer the widest range with considerably the best prices, the shipping is efficient and i can rest easy knowing the quality from them are always the best. Also love the Hobby Genki tiktok page!

Item arrived in perfect condition and quick as hell. Also cable was thick with no Qc issues

Bought 2 Yamaguchi figures with bonus items that were processed for 3 weeks by the agent that was handling the shipping. After about 4-5 weeks when I finally got them the bonus items were missing.

The item I received had a part damaged from the factory and Hobby Genki obtained a replacement from the manufacturer and sent it overseas to me relatively quickly. Their prices are usually the best for imported collectibles. Highly recommended!
