Jigsaw puzzles…

Just ordered 2 beautiful jigsaw puzzles from Hobbyco. They arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. They are Christmas presents so we haven’t done them yet, but they look great - can’t wait!

What I really really want uh huh.

I had researched the internet carefully and knew what I wanted to buy. I found the first 2 models quickly, but couldn't find the third one, which I really, really wanted. A staff member offered assistance, listened to what I wanted and went off to find the exact model I wanted. She was friendly without being too friendly, she worked out just what I wanted and kept me informed of her progress in the search. For me, someone who sometimes finds shopping intimidating, she really made my day.

Awesome team!

Had really good experience during Gundam Base Pop Up 2025! Staff were really accomodating and they seem to be really passionate about the hobby! Special mention to Codey and Ashlin for helping me with shipping my order back to Adelaide.
