Such a good store ,friendly staff who are very helpful

Using their webpage was quick and easy and ordering and paying was a breeze. I would have given them 5 stars but the actual posting of the order took longer than it should have. I had to ask them to speed it up a little.

Just what I was after and at a great price

The best hobby store in Australia! Whatever your budget or your hobby they have something for everyone. Each time I go in store I learn something new about my modelling hobby. My online orders have always been delivered quickly, and I’ve never needed to return anything as the products are always as described.

Funnily enough I was a regular customer of Hobbyco in the 80s, at their George Street Store. I remember then the extensive range of products they stocked. I moved interstate and have never really found another place here in SA that has the same products. A bit of difficulty with stock availability (Humbrol paint mainly) which was sorted out by Hobbyco in a satisfactory manner. A bit of a delay in shipping, but it all worked out in the end.

My initial purchase has fullfilled my expectations. The item was as described. The delivery was excellent, swift and very well packed. I will certainly be back to purchase my next projest. Well done guys!!

Ordered online and everything delivered as requested. Had friend drop into store with a list of 'other' items and fulfilled pleasantly with great alternatives for out of stock items.

Easy to order, communication was really good. They even gave us free express shipping.. Over the last few years we have bought 3 RC cars (Blackzon Slyder) and a few batteries ( and friends have bought the same ones) and it's been a good experience every time. The Blackzon Slyders are fantastic quality and value. Its also great that you can order spare parts for these cars through hobbyco when most other cars at this price point aren't designed to be repaired or parts don't actually exist

There was a hiccup with delivery, but the team notified me in advance and also fixed it. I am a regular buyer from this site and love a good deal when it comes. I used to live in Sydney, but am now living in Canberra which has few hobby outlets. I buy most of my stuff online but always visit Hobbyco when back in Sydney. I just love the physical atmosphere of a store. It is like being a kid again only you have more pocket money ;-)
