Fast efficient service. Good range. Order was well packed.

Good Service, ordered a Click and Collect> Smooth and easy, everything I was after.

They came earlier than I expected, 4 days after I ordered the shipment. The boxes for the gunpla I ordered were a bit dented, but I just pushed them back out. No issues, the SHOP app wasn't synced to the shipment, so they could improve on that, but overall, great store, would shop again.

First time purchasing online from hobby co , Very happy with what I paid for my items was also sent out right away arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly just simply a pleasant experience all round.

I had a great experience with Hobbyco! not only was the item i bought $50 cheaper then other places i looked at online and local to me but it also came before the estimated arrival time that i was given. I gave this as a gift to my dad for an early father's day present and he cried when he saw it! i will be back to purchase other items from HobbyCo in the future.

I have done probably close to 10 orders with Hobbyco now, mostly for Bandai model kits and Nanoblocks, and they have been really fantastic. The packaging is secure without too using much plastic, and all my items have always come through safely. The prices are better than most of my local shops, so I'm happy to use them. They ship out pretty quickly too

Ordering and fast delivery was a breeze. My young adult son is a - pop culture aficionado with One Piece merch at the top of his list. He insisted this model was placed on top of his 21st birthday cake. It took me a few evenings after work to put it together (top tip - use tweezers for minuscule stickers and parts) but the result was worth it!

Staff are always helpful. The prices were comparable to other stores but the service differentiates Hobbyco. Would shop here again.

Great range of products, reasonably priced and very helpful and knowledgeable staff as has been my experience in your Liverpool store.

I have purchased three model trains, at different intervals, from Hobbyco for my Grandson and each time the service has been fantastic. On each occasion they were delivered in less than two weeks and I received messages at each stage of the delivery process ie. being prepared, on its way, out for delivery etc. I also received an answer to a couple of my emailed questions either the same day or the next. I have been very happy with Hobbyco’s wonderful service and standard of the trains that I will only buy from them in the future.

These miniature highland cows were perfect for my daughter’s project on Scotland. Very speedy delivery. Thank you!
