What an awful company !
What an awful company! Use at your peril and DO NOT expect to get a refund off them , i've been waiting 5 weeks as what they sent me didn't look like what i ordered. Poor Poor customer service, i emailed them asking to return eventually got a reply and then sent items back as instructed and still waiting for refund. They may be cheap but in future i will be buying from a reputable company

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I tried contacting Hobby Jobby FOUR times, I ran out of time, ordered the item and literally within an hour, they replied! Their answer was too late as I'd already ordered and it wasn't the product I wanted. Don't bother with these people, there are much better companies around selling the same thing I've realised AND are cheaper!

Excellent quality service at a fair price.
Arrived quickly and sensibly packaged as are all Hobby Jobby products. Saw this new owl kit and went on a search to find the best price; H.J was the best. I have bought from them before and always been extremely impressed. The owl kit is wonderful, everything included, other than a frame obviously! Top quality Aida and threads plus easy to follow pattern. I recommend this company as reliable and efficient offering quality goods at a reasonable price.
