My only issue was the lack of communication around delivery. There was no timely notification the purchase had shipped, and insufficient time to organise for someone to be home. It caused chaos in our daily logistics. But everything else was great.

Staff had an opportunity to help but…
Staff had an opportunity to help but chose not to. I purchased a new sewing machine and could not get it to work. I was told I would have to pay for the help or go completely out of my way on some random day when I really needed the help today. I also told the person I was going to buy another machine to replace the total waste of money machine. I could have come in and somebody could have helped me and I could have bought the machine. But no. Why would staff waste an opportunity to be unhelpful and to create ill will. I ordered the new machine from Singer at Seven Hills. I will never shop at Hobbysew again and the brand new useless machine is for the bin.
