It was really good that they supplied a replacment part for Horn Sewing Cabinet

Transport company took a long time to deliver the cutting table. At one stage, I was advised that the table would be delivered that day. However, the driver didn’t have time to finish his run so he took the table back to the depot and then it stayed there until I telephoned enquiring its whereabouts. Additionally many parts of cutting table were incorrectly labelled.

Order to delivery was great. Receiving updates on when it was to be delivered also great. The chair I ordered was exactly what I wanted so I'm very happy about that. I certainly will be shopping from here again.

Communication with staff was satisfying. Although, I could have been notified of the cause of the delay of my order being filled, prior to me having to telephone and seek information, would have been great. My order did eventually arrive and I am very happy with it so far. Thank you

I recently bought a sewing machine. It was way cheaper than in other retailers. Shipping was fast, I received it in 48hrs.
Customer communication could be improved to inform customers when parcels are shipped + tracking number but I called customer service and a lovely lady informed me my parcel was on its way. I will buy from this shop again.

I rang the Hobbysew shop in Sydney and spoke to a very helpful and informative lady who advised me on a suitable trolley and case for my sewing machine as I will be starting a sewing class soon. I was very happy with the service and advice and have recorded the phone number and address of Hobbysew for future purchases.

I originally brought 2 irons which didn’t work or damaged, but when I contacted the company I spoke to Tarran she helped me through the process and was very professional at all times, so I returned the irons and they were replaced at no cost. Thank you to Tarran for following through with my complaint.

I ordered on line and the delivery was so quick, I had my new machine in no time

I was impressed with the speed of delivery and am pleased with the sewing cabinet the only issue I have is when ordering you had that anything over $600.00 dollars would be free delivery.
When placing the order it automatically came up with a delivery charge. Did mention this on the order form but never got a response. Could you please explain have I missed something.

I ordered a quilt binding spool. It has a slot to put the tail of the binding into and will take many meters of binding. It arrived ahead of Australia Post estimated delivery time!

I only recently discovered Hobby Sew when looking to buy a sewing machine that I could rely on as a third year fashion design student. I was able to find a fantastic computerized Singer sewing machine which I love so far and has a lot of useful features I'm excited to learn, a Janome overlocker (haven't set it up yet but looks good!) and a Singer steam station which is my dream iron and I love it a lot (I genuinely highly recommend this iron if you want a good quality iron and do a lot of ironing). The machines and products they stock are the best prices on the market that I've seen during my research for finding my machines and they have a ton of sales so you can get pieces you really want, rather then settling for something else as it will most likely go on for sale if you keep an eye out. They also service machines which is really great! The staff are insanely helpful and kind both online and in store. I was answered quickly and with all the information I needed when emailing with an inquiry.

I truly never write reviews because I can't be bothered and sorry for the paragraph but I highly recommend Hobby Sew and their products as a student and a sewist. If you are looking for a sewing machine of any kind I would look at Hobby sew first as they always have good deals and I couldn't recommend the company more from what I've seen from them so far!
