Don’t buy a Triumph lamp.
No reply to my email about the faulty power connection for my Triumph table lamp. Now it won’t work at all and am hoping for some information on returns. But not hopeful as they don’t seem to recognise faults. I should have stayed with the Daylight Company lamps. I am amazed at the lack of service for what seemed like a good company. Prompt delivery service - but they obviously don’t deal with items that go wrong.

I'm sorry but you didn't do very well at all. Apparently my machine was only picked up from you yesterday - I ordered and paid for it on Sunday. Whilst your staff were positive about delivery times, it would have been better if they had been straight with me, rather than stringing me along saying I probably get it before the weekend. Given that it's a long weekend, I won't get it until next Tuesday at the earliest. I can't tell you how disappointed I am at the delay; and obviously I can't comment on the machine itself - I haven't got it yet.

Don't bother to deal with this online shop, pure scam. I bought a sewing machine there and it stopped sewing after a couple of months. I have been trying to reach them for months, but no single phone call was answered, and they never answered my emails.

Big Mistake
I have a sewing machine - I was advised it couldn't be repaired as a result of this I purchased a new machine (Brother$598) from what I believed to be a reputable company. I have subsequently managed to repair the machine and wanted to return the new purchase which is still in the original box unopened - their policy is not to return due to a change of mind.
