This store feels like a scam.

Fast delivery – False.
I placed my order 3 weeks ago. Over a week ago, I contacted support asking about the status. I was promised that my order would be shipped within 48 hours. It has now been over 76 hours — and nothing has been shipped.
Support has stopped responding to my emails.

Customer support within 24 hours – Only when convenient.
They reply quickly when making promises, but disappear when asked for actual shipment details or refund.

4.7 customer rating according to their website – Misleading.
Well, looks like it way less. Current account has 4.4 but they have couple more accounts with waaay lower rating.

They have taken my money, failed to ship the order, and are ignoring communication, isn't this situation called a scam?

I will be filing a chargeback and reporting this to EU consumer protection authorities.

I know how attracting prices are in this store but are you ready to lose money, time and energy on writing emails with no result?
I wanted to save money but as result I lost them.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service…

Absolutely disgraceful customer service – avoid
My experience with Spobik AB / HockeyStore has been appalling from start to finish and is, without exaggeration, the worst customer service I have dealt with in years.
Before Christmas I placed multiple orders, and almost everything that could go wrong did.
Order 565757:
One of the items was a Vizion goalie stick. When the delivery arrived, the box had clearly been opened and was completely empty. I contacted customer service and spoke to someone named Hugo, who asked whether I wanted a replacement or a refund. I confirmed a refund, as I had already been forced to replace the stick due to the delay. Weeks later, no refund has been issued and no follow-up communication has been received.
Warranty claim – XF Ghost stick:
I also contacted them regarding a warranty replacement for an XF Ghost stick that broke within the first week of use. I emailed as instructed and received absolutely no response. Once again, I had to replace the stick myself because they simply ignored the issue.
Order 580820:
I ordered a pair of CCM XF Pro skates for my son before Christmas. The delivery did arrive, but the box contained CCM XF 70 skates instead — a completely different and cheaper model. This error remains unresolved.
I have emailed multiple times, including a formal complaint and a final escalation. Not a single reply. Their phone number is permanently set to voicemail, effectively cutting off any real way of contacting them. At this point, it feels like the company is deliberately avoiding customers once money has been taken.
Missing items, incorrect items, ignored warranty claims, no refunds, no responses — this is not bad luck, it’s systemic failure. The complete lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable, especially for a company selling high-value hockey equipment.
I am now being forced to pursue chargebacks and escalate through consumer protection channels simply to recover money for goods that were either missing, broken, or wrong.
If you value your money, your time, or any form of after-sales support, do not use this company. Once something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

They do not honor warranty claims!
I purchased a CCM Ribcor Trigger 8 Pro Senior hockey stick! The blade of the stick broke within about a week of use (6-7 ice sessions), while used by a 15 year old.
They were not willing to replace the stick claiming that the stick broke due to the nature of the ice hockey game and not due to a manufacturing defect. How can they tell really tell it was not due to manufacturing? They cannot. And neither can I say the opposite. So they are hiding behind that.
CCM offers 30 days warranty but the shop said that sticks with manufacturing defects would have broken during 1st usage. I doubt that to be a fact!
Proper hockey shops in Finland replace a broken stick within 30 days of purchase without any questions!

it is poor service

it is poor service, we ordered a starter kit for our son 3 weeks ago, sent an email and was told it would be 10-15 days... also we are now ahead of the other emails, we receive no response and we are stuck with a sad son.

Fed up and unsatisfied

I'm fed up with this site. They say they have fast deliveries, and the first delivery to my house in Spain lasted 14 days. I had to buy the product again because it seemed to be lost in Holland. Suddenly the first one appeared so I sent back the second package. That was the 1st of August. 28 day later I haven't received my refund. It's a pity they don't take care of customers. I will continue buying in Spanish sites although it's more expensive...

Jag är trött på den här sidan. De säger att de har snabba leveranser, och den första leveransen till mitt hus i Spanien varade i 14 dagar. Jag var tvungen att köpa produkten igen eftersom den verkade vara förlorad i Holland. Plötsligt dök det första upp så jag skickade tillbaka det andra paketet. Det var den 1 augusti. 28 dagar senare har jag inte fått min återbetalning. Det är synd att de inte tar hand om kunderna. Jag kommer att fortsätta köpa på spanska webbplatser även om det är dyrare...
