Best sales rep I’ve ever talked too!

The sales rep was very polite and understanding of what I wanted even though the material the company used was not that I want. Mary Lee took her time and worked with me to get what I wanted and answer all my questions swiftly and with understanding.

Update

These people must not want any business which I find extremely strange. I was interested in a set of wheels they sell and I used their link to ask a question about them. No response. So then I downloaded whatsapp because I found on their page that you can contact them that way. Someone saw the message within two minutes (it shows when it's been read) and then never replied to me. I don't know what their problem is but I was happy to take my business elsewhere. Update, they removed me review so I copied and pasted it again. They said I needed to provide proof that I had contacted them but when I tried to submit it the button wouldn't work. I would be happy to provide the screenshot of where they ignored me after looking at my question on whats app and then never responding. Unfortunately I never thought to take a picture of where I used their link on their page the first time.

Update.. I got a nice email from hodoor customer service saying that it was a system error and they didn't realize I had contacted them on their website and also by the whatsapp link on their page. They apologized and offered me a discount if I wanted to buy the wheels. I have already purchased the wheels that I found at a different online website but do appreciate the offer. Thank you
