Best prices...good website..sadly no personal experience...gave up trying to phone years ago.

The reason I only gave it 4 stars is i kept getting emails asking us to complete our purchase when there was nothing there. It was all completed in one transaction.

Great service fast delivery and 1st class parts

Buyer Beware, This has to be the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a handle bar clamp prior to Christmas 2025, the part came in good time, it was packaged in a shrink wrapped wrapper which I had to open to see if the part fitted my bike. It did not so I returned the part 5 days later unused and with the packaging. Since then HogParts has refused to refund over £200 and has kept the part. Claiming they cannot resell the part. This is immaterial and goes against the Consumer Rights Act which clearly states items purchased online can be opened for the purpose of inspection. HogParts has now refused to talk to me and there is no contact number which works for them. I will be taking them to a civil court to get my money back. They are rude and communication is almost non existent. Do not under any circumstances use this business!

I purchased chrome axle covers for my Rocker c unfortunately although it's a softail the parts I ordered were for a Dyna model. So I returned these and was expecting either a refund or as I wrote on the returns some help with aquring the correct covers for my Rocker c.I have tried to contact Hogparts on their land line on several occasions always line is busy.l also purchased a switch kit I have purchased these many from Harley before never had a problem with fitting This time thought I'd give the motorcycle storehouse offering a go , Big mistake quality was rubbish the covers just broke apart . Again I returned these expecting some sort of response Nothing again. So my message is if you know what you want and you know what the quality is then take a chance otherwise Steer clear of Hogparts UK 😡 as they are very likely not to respond. Or answer a call.
