Can’t believe I booked a video call and spoke to a Dr within 10 mins. He diagnosed me promptly and an escript was sent to my phone and I started antibiotics within 45 mins.

This was my first time using Hola…
This was my first time using Hola Health and it was late on a Saturday night I needed to get a script, I only waited a few minutes for the Doctor to come online which was fantastic. The Doctor was very friendly and very thorough, I was all done with my digital script sent straight to my phone and it was bulk billed by Medicare, win win. I will definitely be using Hola Health again. Thank you for a great service.

Very convenient and affordable
I was in a rush to pack for a three week trip to Australia. I realized when I got to Australia, I’d only packed half my medicines. I panicked then my friends here told me about the service and in two calls I had six medicines filled and on the way to the chemist what a lifesaver a great service

I didn't like how I had to set 2…
I didn't like how I had to set 2 appointments then not be allowed for the second appointment on bulk bill when i needed 2 Prescriptions but was only allowed 1 per consult then I was asked to call at 1am to discuss this and said I would get a call back within 30min but fell asleep 2 hrs later waiting for the call. Couldn't get up for work on time. Positives is I got the 2nd scripts from the email I wrote at 130pm the next day.

Also doctor gave wrong diagnosis wrong cream wrong antibiotics so had to go to the actual doctors the following day to get rectified
