Booking process is too hard . Video system not working, give and option to have phone consult only , also have confirmed time slots for appointment, no one at work have time to wait 45 minutes for appointment that never happens on time

Very expensive

What a scam this company is. Booked for a 'telehealth on demand' through HOTDOC and was connected to HOLA HEALTH.

What a nightmare that turned out to be. Firstly the messages sent asked us to connect via a link, but it did not work. Over the next 3 hours they kept sending links which did not work. In desperation I told them to cancel the appointment as it was not working.

They replied with a threatening message that under HOTDOC procedure a non attendance fee could be charged. Then received a phone call from a person I could hardly understand to say they were sending another link which worked this time.

Go through to a Practitioner Bin who was completely inadequate and was of no help to me, do not know if he was a Doctor or not, but was unable to offer any help or suggestion to help my pounding headache in the approximate 3 minutes consultation, I told him he should be ashamed of himself for his lack of helping me .

For this I got no help and a fee of $82.95, so paid for something I did not get.

What a nightmare... Scheduled no problem, sitting in waiting room online. Spoke with doctor by phone and asked them to video call but they never called back. Customer service was difficult but did reschedule me, however I just kept receiving automatic messages that I missed my call even though no call had come through. After each notification I had to request a call from customer service, who was prompt in responding by phone, but this cycle just kept happening. Customer service said cancel if I want a refund. I said I don't want to cancel, I just want to speak with a doctor. Hours of going around in circles with no phone calls from the doctor but plenty of calls from customer service. Customer service sounded like an offshore telemarketing warehouse, difficult to understand, I could hear multiple people at once, and they have zero care for what you have to say.
Hola says they have a record of the doctor attempting to make follow up calls but I have a record of not having missed any calls, and I had no problem receiving the follow up phone calls from customer service, each time, so I’m perplexed how I did not receive a single follow call from any other number.
I was glued to my phone the entire time. I recommend that you investigate how it is that your doctor’s phone calls did not once make it through, aside from the initial call.

It was great how I was informed how much longer before I was seen. Dr S was friendly and professional considering it was 3am! ;) It was also bulk billed. Given that I only needed a course of antibiotics for a UTI, this is a great life saver, as Dr S sent me the prescription and asvised if symptoms persist to see my GP. Will definitely be using Hola Health again.

The convenience of this service. My doctor is super popular and always booked out for days in advance, now I don't need to see her on short notice. Certificate or video call or prescription made easy, so helpful especially with a young family. Book in and you see a doctor in 15 mins even less for a certificate, such a simple process. The website is very easy to negotiate. I was not waiting long for my consultation and the practitioner was very pleasant to deal with. He was knowledgeable and very efficient.
