Easy booking system tried different comparison sites this was best,would book again

Easy to navigate and to understand what is going on.

Hola Car Rentals made it really easy to organise car hire in America. The website is clear and concise. All the information is easy to follow. The car I chose was really good value for money with a 45% discount. Every aspect of the car could be viewed and there was no added cost for a an extra driver. The booking process was quicky and easy. I highly recommend this car hire company.

The price is always the best, but the included insurance coverage is awesome. My parents and friends used them last year. The car rental company forced them to purchase extra insurance at the desk. Hola came to the rescue afterwards and got them the credit back afterwards for it. Service is awesome. So I am using them myself now.

On this occasion, I had a Breakdown and I have to say it was the easiest Breakdown I have ever had.
From the beginning, the girl at the other end of the phone was supportive and compassionate
She personally took it upon herself to Rush my Claim through and everything was sorted within a few days.

The service was 10/10 and they are super helpful and fast!

When we arrived at the Orlando airport after a long flight, Hertz would not honour the paid car rental we reserved through HOLA. ( we left the airport without a car because Hertz wanted to charge us double what we already paid)
While still at the airport my husband contacted HOLA and explained what happened and they immediately responded and provided a refund. WOW, was not expecting that.
We ended up getting a car later and not at the airport…..but thank you HOLA for making a stressful situation easier to deal with.
I would book through HOLA again based off their excellent customer service.

***NOTE: the World Cup was playing down in Miami which is why we feel Hertz gave us some weird lie about why they couldn’t honour our confirmation

Excellent response time. Always trying to have the best offer for customers without any additional surcharges or back door costs.

Also the service after the booking is the best I did experience so far. Normally agencies do not care much after the booking is finalized respectively finished. Here I could get back money from an insurance I did not ask for.

I just made my first reservation with Hola, and can only comment on their customer service.
I accidentally sent a message intended for my daughter about our rental to Hola, and was surprised to immediately received a helpful response from Hola. They also subsequently promptly answered all of my other queries. Quite impressive.
