Car Rental - Orlando, Florida

Used Hola Car Rentals for the first time for our trip to Orlando, Florida. The choice of vehicles and rental companies was comprehensive and removed the need to search individual deals. Booking was easy and the experience at the airport was just the same as if booking through the hire company directly.
I had an issue with extra charges by the hire company being added at check in but Hola’s guarantee you do not need to pay anything extra meant this was refunded. The Hola team sorted my issue quickly and professionally when the issue was raised with their support.
I will definitely use them again when I require a hire car

Good price and very good customer service

When I got to know about Hola Car Rentals I was not convinced because the price seem very good and I thought perhaps I would have problems with the renting. I took the risk and could not be more happy about it. I made two rentings with them, in Chicago and in Miami. I had not any problem with the bookings and all was included. Budget made aditional charges that were not authorized by us and Hola Car made the requests very quick and got Budget to refund my money. They also made the cashback of the tolls they promise very quick after sending them the receipts. Very good service and client attention

Easy to book.

Low price. Easy to filter and navigate options. Provided rentals with insurance included for free. Displayed prices in my local currency so didnt have to convert.

Overcharging issue resolved by Hola

We had an overcharging issue with the company that we hired a car from via Hola. The Hola assistance (Miguel) was excellent and chased this up and got it sorted. Very impressed and it as really appreciated.
