I had Fibre Air+ installed this week and it's much faster than i expected. Connection is stable and so far so good. Would recommend.

Living in Murla we used Lliberweb, but always problems came up. At a sudden moment I was completely done with it. Looking around in our region it became clear HolaWifi is marketleader. So we decided to give them a call. A very friendly and experienced staff member explained all possibilities and the next they the installation was done by very kind and experienced contractors. HolaWifi designed the whole service process very customer focused. I’am very satisfied with this and the stable up- and download capability. Good job, recommended.

Slow internet was solved within a few days. Very satisfied about the service.

I live in place where maintaning a good wifi connection has been challenging. Fortunately, since I have been with HolaWifi I have had very few issues with the service and whenever there has been a problem their excellent customer service people and technicians are a phone call away and act promptly to resolve it with a follow up call the next day to make sure that all is OK. A good price too!

Lost internet. Situation to Holawifi by WhatsApp and phone. Response in English within 30 min. followed by second phone call after confering withTech. Dept. Problem solved. Pleasant & professional service throughout.

Very happy with package, speed and with English customer service!

I had an issue with my WiMAX where it was running really slow and then stopped completely.

I used the WhatsApp contact details to let them know of the issue and the team were very responsive and confirmed an issue with a repeater in Jávea. They said their tech team would call me to confirm when it was fixed.

As they said the tech team called me and asked to do a speed test, it was still running slow so they asked for a little time and would come back.

About 30 mins later they were back in the phone and another speed test done.

All now working perfectly and to top it off a customer services check call a few days later to make sure all was ok.

I have to say I am impressed with the customer service at Hola WIFI and the fact that what they say they will do they actually do.

If you need WiMAX or other services from them don’t hesitate

Recently changed my WIFI provider to HolaWifi. I now get speeds I did not think possible with Fibra Air +. If you do not have a fast speed then I recommend you change to HOLAWIFI

We lost our internet service on the morning of a public holiday. I contacted the local office at around 1100 am and by I:15 pm an engineer had arrived and replaced faulty equipment. I really cannot praise the service enough,
