Great service, called into shop Friday was all fitted and up and running on Saturday. So far so good.👏👏👏

We had no internet, after calling and WhatsApp we learned about repeater problems. Late at night it was solved but next day again no internet and lost a lot of files during sending to the office. Next morning internet repaired. Last call if it is solved and promissed to call back during the next week. I hope HolaWifi have soon fyber while further we are satisfied.

I had 40Mb wireless system fitted last saturday and i am delighted with it. The engineer (Nico) was fantastic, it makes a refreshing change to have an engineer that not only is very knowledgeable but extremely pleasant in attitude. He was most helpful in suggesting that he would fit the new router upstairs and move my original router downstairs thereby giving me 100% Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house, wonderful, no more blank spots. There was no need for him to suggest doing this but it was well worthwhile. It is a shame that more companies do not offer this kind of service.

There are problems, sometimes it doesn't work for
3 to 5 days and it has happened about 2 times also the speeds could definitely be better. I play videogames in my spare time and the ping is usually in the 40s to 50s but know its in the 70s which is terrible especially since I want to play competitively and sometimes even stream. Also it doesn't handle 1440p or 4k content well since it buffers often.
And when I cast the audio of videos on youtube from my laptop to my google nest mini it doesn't align with the video also it sometimes crackles and doesn't sound good.

Very good service. Queries and questions are answered quickly in multiple ways. WhatsApp and Email and phone.
We do get issues with wifi problems, but the tech staff always do their best to rectify any problems we have.

There seems to be issues every few months with my connection that I have to call about and it takes 24-48 hours to fix, then I get 5/6 phone calls to tell me that a technician has made some changes and it should be fixed now, but no explanation as to how or what was fixed. I work in IT and when we have issues, we fix them and also fix the root cause so the same issue does not keep recurring every few months again. I dont think that as a customer I should be calling to report the issue, I think customers accounts having issues should be monitored and resolved without customers having to call and report the issue nearly once a month

Mostly the connection ist fast and stable. If there are any problems, the service is very fast and competent. I am very happy with my coice, using Hola Wifi

Hola wifi is probably the best internet provider in Spain with fast internet and fair pricing I have never had a problem contacting them and their customer service is 24/7 and 10/10 and usually reply straight away and always follow up with a telephone call. I would recommend their service 100%

The speed of the connection is superb, and the service is one of the best I have had, and I have experience because I have had several different WiFi networks. This is the best, can recommend Hola WiFi with all my heart!!!

I recently had some hickups with my wifi connection after a flawless experience for the last 2 years. After a simple message via whatsapp a holaWifi technician called me up an remedied the problem remotely by finding a frequency without interference.

Excellent service, unlike other WiFi providers Hola WiFi care about their customers. You get 24/7 after sales service, and regular follow ups to ensure their customers are happy. And the price for 20 mbs is less than €13.00 per month. Highly recommended.
