It took longer than i was told to get my order. It seemed once i called then they shipped the bags. I needed them a week earlier.

Perfect logo color, strong fabric bag, fast delivery.

We have used Holden for all our giveaway bags for clients. They done an excellent job with all our orders and we have always been impressed with the quality. I visit past clients and see them still using the bags we handed out 3-5 years ago. I would highly recommend them. Very easy ordering process.

I live in Hawaii and finding a company that will not charge a crazy amount for shipping is very difficult. The staff was great and very patient helping me choose the right bag. The shipping and turn around was very quick. The quality was fine for what I paid.

We were extremely happy with our new bags. The quality is excellent and my customers really like their new bag. Thank you. The only thing I had trouble with was getting our logo right. It wasn't easy to upload we had to change it to make it work. Over all we are happy with the service and product

I love 'no setup fee' and 'free shipping'!!! That makes it so simple. Not to mention the sliding scale for bulk discounts. Normally there is a number you have to reach to get a discount, this sliding scale means anytime you order even another 1 you are getting more of a discount! Love it :)

I highly recommend Holden. Customer service was great! They responded with art work in less than two hours.....then helped me with changes to make our LOGO look really fantastic. Making a payment was quick and easy. I loved that shipping was FREE!!! I will be a repeat customer :)

Very easy to order customized product on website and artwork proof was sent within 2 hours. Knew exact payment amount with no artwork setup or shipping fees. Bags were ready and shipped within 1 week of order. The colors and quality of the bags looked excellent on the website. I ordered the 6-bottle tote in black, and they are beautiful! Definitely will order again and have recommended Holden Bags to others.

If I'm being completely honest, my experience with Holden Bags was awesome. From the moment I showed interest I was welcomed by their staff in a non "nagging" way. I was unfamiliar with how to build my own bag but they kindly showed me the process and it couldn't have been easier. Their response times to my recommendations were fast and accurate. I would definitely do business with them again, as their customer service and overall service in general, is second to none!

I am verry happy with my order, even though there were a couple mixups with my revision. They took care of it, and got the product to me with plenty of time to spare.

From sending sample bags, sending new samples, choosing a bag, designing, pricing, ordering, and finally delivery 2 weeks earlier than expected, everything went as smooth as silk.
