Prompt turnaround; exactly what I wanted

Needing personalized bags for work, Holden was the only place I could find that offered the style of bag I needed. The ability to customize in many different ways appealed to us, and we ended up sending in our logo to get a sample. It looked GREAT. The price was perfect, as we were offering this as a free promotional item, and didn't want to spend $50 per bag, as most others in a similar style were. Everything was shipped promptly, and we have gotten great feedback. We will definitely use Holden again!

I found Holden Bags after a Google search. I had been looking for personalized grocery bags for a family reunion. Looked at other websites but was unhappy with either quality or price, or both. Decided on Holden because website was easy to navigate and I was able to view preview right away. When calling customer service, they were quick to answer all my questions and were very helpful and knowledgeable. The bags arrived in less than a week, earlier than what I had indicated in my order. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of bags, it totally exceeded my expectations! The color and personalized logo was exactly as was shown online, bag was thick and well made. I ordered 100 bags but they gave me extra, which we really appreciate.
We had our family reunion this past weekend and all our relatives had nothing but praise for the bags! They could not stop thanking us for choosing a very practical reunion souvenir of such good quality. I am so glad I chose Holden over all the other companies because I don't think other companies would have done as good a job. Thank you Holden, I know your bags will last us a long time. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for quality and well priced insulated grocery bags.

I was a bit disappointed when we received the finish product. The sample that was sent to us had a better quality insert than the ones we ordered. I based our decision to purchase on the sample which I hoped would have been the same quality as the ones we ordered. Other than that, the graphics were very nicely done and the order was processed quickly.

I was able to receive proofs in multiple colors to make the best decision for my order. The quality of the print on the bags is wonderful, and the color, size and shape of the bags is exactly what was shown on the website.

Nice and fast delivery

Haven't used the bags yet but they look good. The printing is far superior to what was done by the previous printer we used - our logo came out bright and true with no holidays.
