Wouldn’t book with anyone else
Have used Alex 5 or 6 times now and he always excels. We’ve had last minute changes before and this time we needed a booking with an infant not born yet. He helped us find a cruise that would accept under 6 months old and did all the booking for us. (Normally you’d have to phone MSC to book an unborn infant) I prefer doing everything over messenger/text and Alex is always happy to comply.
