I like to 100% endorse holiday bay for their great communication. Right from the start Arya asked all the right questions to tailor the Thailand trip to my requests. At no point was the online conversation pushy in fact quite the opposite. Any changes were adapted and recorded clearly and with a clear layout. Ten out of ten Arya for working to my needs.

The very easy experience of booking.
The experience of booking a complex holiday itenerary including multiple international and domestic flights and bullet trains was made very easy by the ever so patient, considerate and knowledgeable Vini Halle.
