Fake 5 star reviews

There are several 5 star reviews fir this company BEWARE.

This is part of a sophisticated scam where cheap flights are advertised. There are a group of 'companies' involved such as Jetcost.com & Holidaycart.net. None are ATOL or ABTA protected.
Once you have booked and paid for your flight you will not get the e-tickets promised. You will get a call stating the flights requested are promotional offers or stand by tickets, they do not include baggage or meals. They will then ask you to upgrade (at substantial cost), agree to an alternative or cancel (for a cancellation fee for something that has not been booked??)- do not agree to any of these. They will threaten you with their terms and conditions (all lies). They will have to give you your money back if they have not provided what you paid for.
These companies are a scam, be advised.

Scammers! Stay away from these crooks and Liars and Thugs

Scammers - Stay away miles from these Thugs
Scammers, Scammers, Scammers, Warning for everyone. Don't bother paying single penny to these liars. Because (1) They're not ATOL/ABTA protected, you're doomed to lose your money (2) number-1 liars (3) if you have landed on their website through Jet Cost then close the window straight away as their prices are fakes (4) they take the money and will email saying they will confirm details within 48 hours which is a BIG lie because they won't. They will call you to pay more if you want to get issued ticket or they will say you will get money within 14 days after departure date!!!! (5) they don't have any office representation in the UK meaning you won't be able to do anything to claim your money (as not being the legal jurisdiction). (6) Their call centre is in India with fake names and accent people with extremely rude attitude. Only training they have been provided is how to do thuggery and loot people. (7) their email isn't working. If you send any complaint email it will bounce back. I have proof of all these as being a victim and first hand experience of these guys. BEWARE of these Crooks, and rude Liars AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, don't book tickets through these Thugs even if you find it very cheap fare. It's showing cheap fare because it's too good to be true. I am sharing my experience to save other people. I was idiot but you don't need to copy me. Please stay away miles from these scammers... Trust pilot pleas introduce 0 start and negative start as these people don't deserve even 1 star... I am forced to select 1 star. It cost me more money, lot of stress and misery and still chasing for refund.

Do not buy tickets from this company…

Do not buy tickets from this company scam. My friend and I bought tickets from this website and paid the price on the website and were told to wait 48 hours. Then the next day they called and said there were no tickets for this price and asked me to pay more money. I asked them why the company sold them if there were no tickets for this price. They scammed me. I told them I wanted all my money back. They told me I bought tickets and they could not refund everything. I told them I did not see anything on the website. They told me to have my husband call and talk to them. If there were no tickets I wanted all my money back. I called the bank to get my money back. I got my money back. So I want to warn everyone not to buy anything from this company. My three friends and I had the same experience from this company.

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!! SCAM!!!!
I advise you not to use this company. A few days ago, I bought a ticket from London to Miami, and the price was about 100 pounds cheaper than the others. I received a confirmation email saying that I would get my ticket within 48 hours. A few hours later, I received an email asking me to make a payment. Without thinking, I assumed the payment hadn’t gone through and made the payment. Suddenly, I had two confirmation emails. I immediately contacted them, and they started dragging things out, saying they would get back to me. They informed me that they couldn't refund the money for the second reservation, even though it was clear that it was for one person and the same date. After a few calls from different people, they finally told me that the price no longer existed and that the best they could do was cancel one reservation, but they would charge me 383 pounds for it, which would cover the ticket for the other reservation. I still don't understand how you buy something and then are told that it isn't worth that much. Even though the email said I would receive ticket within 48 hours, I still haven't received it four days later. My money is on hold, and when I called again, they told me they had the right to search for up to 6 hours before the flight. Clearly, this is a big scam, and I hope there won’t be more victims. I will fight for my rights, and I won’t let this go.

Scam - Bait and Switch fraud

After the investigation with multiple resources it eems like this so name company operating name under Holidaycart appears to be engaging in a fraudulent practices as they mislead the consumers and psychologically mainpulate you and managed to exploit consumers trust and vulnerability.

I went through all the trust pilot reviews and around 40 customers have gone through the exact same experiences like me, these company is operating on a bait and switch fraud by misleading and deceiving people where they advertise a cheap flights and once you book the flight you will not get e-tickets as promised. You will received a call stating the bookings made was promotional offer and on standby waiting list, no tickets are guarenteed meaning you will lose all the fees if airlines denies your bookings, no luggage permitted, no return tickets only tickets to layover airport so not even full one way ticket. This all are lies and tactics to pressurised you to pay additional fees to confirm the flights (which i don’t think will delivered eitherway) and the departures dates are not even the same as your original bookings nor the departures airports. I read every reviews on the website, some recents ones left just a days ago, it looks like these people are professional deceptive scammers, basically same story over and over agin with the other consumers that have complained. Lots of people in trust pilot have reported that the company house is based in India operating under fake agents names and in currently investigated by the authorities. I am not sure if this is true but i do know is they are somehow associated with other travel agenices such as SS Tour and Travel LTD, Getaway Travel or EMEIA Travel Mart LTD so making it hard to get in touch with them directly. I did mange to come up with some directors name but i do not want to share this online due to data protection rights. They do not communicate via emails, any emails sent to them will be automatically blocked, they only communicate via phone calls so i advise to record these calls by letting them know in advance. They claim to be ATOL protected but this cannot be verified by ATOL website and the agents cannot verify the company registration number either, they just say check online.

So i am sure you are looking into how to process if you do fall victim of this scam. Firstly do not get pressurised or bully into paying any pennies more. Do not even bother to agrue with them because they will argue back, try to maintain the anger and think straight. Next ask them to supply with any ticket, either if it is downgraded ticket or without luggage ir whatever does not matter, just ask them to supply. They simply won’t deliver this so this will be breach of contract as merchant not supplying the goods/services after the payment has been taken. Be patience, keep calm and just keep on requesting for the tickets even thought i know its says within 48hrs it will be delivered but they just won’t supply you the tickets meaning they can’t just keep your money. Next you can contact your bank reporting the fraud/scam as i did and dispute was pending but at the same time i was in contact with Holidaycart and finally at the end i was refunded the money as i did not give and i knew my rights. But not everyone is same as me and will be lucky like me that i am sure of that due to vulnerability or confindence of an individual so because of that Holidaycart will never refund you the money back so just go for chargeback claim through your bank and report it as scam/fraud. But my main advise is do not get pressurised, manipulated or bully into paying even a penny as i nearly paid £400 more to confirm the tickets but just imagine in worst case scenario you lose the additional £400 aswell what will you do, can you gurantee you will not be scammed twice, can you trust the scammers who scamed you already once ?

If you have any other question contact me i am happy to help, i have taken this further throught other legal ways which i won’t share it here as it is still pending case, i just don’t want any other people to suffer like me. And please please keep records of all your communications, record your calls, emails are always stored on the device so that is not a concern.

When your mobile phone identifies the…Holiday Cart SCAM

When your mobile phone identifies the number as scam, you know it's not good. Unfortunately for my wife, we saw this too late.
She wanted to fly from Manchester to Bogota to see her elderly father before a risky surgery. We found a good price of £789 but no mention of luggage. I called to ask and they said I had to book first then call back to add a bag at £140! I specifically asked if this was £140 each way or total for the trip and the rep said TOTAL!
When I called back, they wanted nearly £600 for 1 bag (£140 for each LEG of the journey!). I was lied to. Despite only minutes passing, they wanted £300 to cancel. I told my wife it would be cheaper to just buy clothes once she got there.
When we called back later to see why she hadn't received a confirmation email, they wanted another £700 as the original price was promotional and was no longer 'in the main cabin' so they doubled the price telling me it was still cheaper than KLM which was £1600 - another lie as I checked and KLM had the same seat for £1100 with bag.
Don't let anyone you know use this company.

Full scam company saw them on a…

Full scam company saw them on a comparison site checked website out seemed OK padlock for secure payment etc. Paid then read these reviews felt sick!!. They didn't send confirmation as described and then rang me next day saying flight out is all fine but flight back is overbooked in economy so we need to upgrade. I called everything out to the Indian lady what I had read and it's not what I've bought so should get refund. She started shouting at me that I wasn't entitled to a refund etc and can get a partial one for flight back or pay an extra 300 per person. Said no not doing that and put phone down. Rang bank as pending they told me to screen shot all these reviews wait to clear and then they would help. I spoke to them the next day told them all this and that I needed a refund. I said the flights and them seats are still available and is cheaper with ba. She said let me look turns out the Indian women there just scam travel agents didn't work 4 that company but must get a cut. Again call ended
5 days later ignored there calls and they have sent my money back from pending

Do not use and if u have contact bank

Do not book!

Two days after booking this flight and receiving confirmation of my booking via email I received multiple calls from a London number. A voicemail was left regarding my flight. Once I called back I was told that 'I'd called back too late' and now there were no spaces on the flight, and that 'the price had now changed from when I purchased the ticket two days prior'. To fix this, I would have to pay £199. Over the phone I was told different information to what my luggage size had said on the website, and that I have not been entitled to food, baggage or a seat. I was then told that I had paid the ticket for just 'standby' rather than 'standard economy'. This was not stated anywhere on their website, nor in their terms and conditions as notified by 'sophia'. I was also told that to cancel this flight I would have to pay £250. If you are as unfortunate as me to have gone through this, please just contact your bank and do not fall for excess money to be paid to rectify this. By the looks of it, even people who have paid the additional fee have never received a ticket. Avoid at all cost. I have had persistent calling since this, do not pick up! Go to your bank!

Horrendous experience with this…

Horrendous experience with this company,

I booked tickets at a good price and was later contacted by their customer service rep ‘Martin’ to inform me that my flights were booked without luggage and I would have to pay in excess of £400 per ticket (I had booked 5 tickets). He also informed me there was an issue with the return flight. Bear in mind the itinerary lists free luggage allowance depending on airline.

I refused and demanded cancellation, Martin was very abrupt, refused and cut the phone off.

We called and spoke to another member of staff who informed us we have to pay £400 to cancel.

I called the airlines and they confirmed all tickets come as standard with luggage.

These people are scammers, they will try to extort money from you. Avoid at all costs.

Thankfully my money was returned as it had not been processed and was still pending.

I believe the only reason my money was not taken was because I had already contacted the bank and notified both the bank and the travel agent of a pending fraudulent investigation.

Unfortunately people with fall for these scammers due to either naivety or desperation.

The are very deceptive, be cautious!

Gold star service

I can honestly say i have never had the high level of support that was provided to me by Misha Singh. Not only did she call to personally check my preferences for check-in but she also tried several times to give me a follow up call to make sure I knew that everything was in order.

This is totally a scam

This is totally a scam. Both HolidayCart.com and HolidayCart.net should be avoided at all costs.

I booked the tickets for 4 but never got the e-tickets. They will use a low price to take your payment, then call back saying the tickets are not available and asking you to pay far more for the ticket. In my case, I paid £2518 but asked to pay full price of £5548.

They will only sent you email, but when you reply back, the email will be undelivered in error!

Since it's beyond budget, if you ask for cancellation, it will say 'not an option', then waiting until 1 day before departure, finally saying it would cancel but refund in 6-12 weeks.

Totally crap! Normal company will just cancel and full refund you as I have good experience with a good agent.

Please avoid it at all your costs.

Scammers

It’s a scam, they trap you by showing very cheap airline fare and there is no luggage on the ticket and asked you £££££ to pay for luggage add on and when you asked to return the money and they don’t give nothing although no PNR was given and says that there is cancellation fee from airline and £280 our fee.

So please stay away from this company

AVOID THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO!!!

If I was able to give this company a 0 star I would have, in fact a minus rating will still not be sufficient! The flight information on the website are extremely deceiving, displaying return flights but quoting the price for actually one way without any mention of one way ticket! Once you make a booking you get a confirmation email from holiday cart that shows the return ticket too but still quoting the one way price! What crooks they are!!! When they then send the E ticket they quote the full price, double the amount and luggage is not even included. What a joke of a company. They should be blacklisted and banned to operate in this manner online. The guy over the phone also made numerous mistakes over the phone sending me the wrong flights, getting the timings wrong and the dates wrong. Scam company, avoid at all costs!!!!!!
