Scammers, Scammers, Scammers, Warning for everyone. Don't bother paying single penny to these liers. Because (1) They're not ATOL/ABTA protected, you're doomed to lose your money (2) number-1 liers (3) if you have landed on their website through Jet Cost then close the window straight away as their prices are fakes (4) they take the money and will email saying they will confirm details within 48 hours which is a BIG lie because they won't. They will call you to pay more if you want to get issued ticket or they will say you will get money within 14 days after departure date!!!! (5) they don't have any office representation in the UK meaning you won't be able to do anything to claim your money (as not being the legal jurisdiction). (6) Their call centre is in India with fake names and accent people with extremely rude attitude. Only training they have been provided is how to do thuggery and loot people. (7) their email isn't working. If you send any complaint email it will bounce back. I have proof of all these as being a victim and first hand experience of these guys. BEWARE of these Crooks, and rude Liars AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, don't book tickets through these Thugs even if you find it very cheap fare. It's showing cheap fare because it's too good to be true. I am sharing my experience to save other people. I was idiot but you don't need to copy me. Please stay away miles from these scammers... Trust pilot pleas introduce 0 start and negative start as these people don't deserve even 1 star... I am forced to select 1 star.

This company is a scam, please stay clear away. It is owned by Indians who will promised you a ticket in 48 hours, and then call you within this time to tell you your seat has been sold out and because your ticket was on promotion, that they will look for you an alternative seat where you be required to pay a lot of money on top of what you have already paid, and if you refuse they will tell, you can't get refund. So do yourself good and stay away from this company, it is not worth a hustle you will endure.

This is a complete fraud. You should avoid HolidayCart.net at all costs.
On December 2, 2024, I purchased a ticket on uk.holidaycart.net. The following day, I received a call from a staff member named David (probably a fake name), who informed me that the £580 I had paid was only for a seat reservation and that my ticket would not be confirmed until 24 hours prior to departure. Even he cannot promise that he will receive both tickets. He would issue the e-ticket right away if I paid the additional £799. I told him, "This is the promotional ticket fare or anything," because the ticket website didn't appear when I was booking. He went over all of the terms and conditions (T&C), and I checked the box to indicate that I agreed to them when I booked the ticket. I told them to leave it alone and end the call.
I then review their terms and conditions. The first line of the part on the booking process is where I discovered the main error they made. The website HolidayCart.com is the owner of those terms and conditions. I called them back a day later to inquire about my e-ticket, and the staff transferred the phone to a supervisor. he starts over from the bottom of the same storey. On the terms and conditions, and if you want to file a legal action, then go ahead. I then point out the mistake in the terms and conditions.  he said That is the typing error, After I explain him that is entirely different website showing up on the T&C, which I booked the ticket for, it is uk.holidaycart.net
Then he gets down and asks me if you want to cancel the ticket, and then they will refund the money. I consented to move forward with the cancellation.

One of the staff members called me back within five minutes and promised to return the full money within an hour. At last, I received my money back!

I want to warn everyone about a highly concerning experience I had with Holidaycart. Initially, they display very low prices for tickets, but after booking, they demand additional money. I booked two tickets, and despite paying, I have not received any confirmation or response. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was told they would call back in 30 minutes, but no follow-up occurred.

This company appears to engage in fraudulent practices. Please be cautious and avoid dealing with them to prevent similar issues. I am sharing my experience to raise awareness and help others avoid falling victim to this scam

Made a booking, had it confirmed, no ticket arrived, staff are rude, rang to say price had more than doubled, refusing to refund!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY BREAK ALL EU TRAVEL REGULATIONS!

Stay away from these shameless scammers, the ticket will never arrive and very manipulative, you won't get your refund from these. They use low prices as a bait and will tell the prices have gone up, by close to 100% within a few days.

Scam alert, you will pay money and not get a ticket, this is nothing but a scam. A man comes on the phone shouting at you telling you that you should have read the terms and conditions, why the hell are these people operating, it's another indian scam call centre, you can hear people asking for money in the background.

Avoid like the plague.
I booked 2 tickets with them and received email confirmation of the booking.
A day later I had a phonecall from one of their agents informing me there was an issue with my booking.
It seemed that despite taking my money and confirming the booking, the flights were no longer available at the same price.
That if I wanted to keep the same flight it'd cost me £1540. I told them to do one... I'd only accept either the flight I booked or a full refund.
I was then told as it's a discounted economy ticket no refunds are allowed, which is odd as they failed to book my ticket.
I was also told that my flight didn't include any luggage at all, this is despite me sharing a screenshot of the booking process which showed 1 piece of checked luggage included in the flight.
I then contacted the airline directly, and they informed me that no reservation had been made on my name. The airline also informed me, that they don't allow passengers without luggage to fly.
I contacted holiday art again and confronted them with this.
Their rep tried to get me to pay extra money again to keep the same booking. I refused and he agreed to refund me my money within 3 days and send me confirmation of the cancellation within 24hours... Neither of this things happened.
I contacted holidaycart, and once again I was told I couldn't cancel and would have to pay extra money to keep the same flight.
I once again refused and told them I'd be reporting it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank and making a chargeback on the transaction.
Shortly after I got the transaction cancelled.

Total Scam – Do Not Book with This Company!!!

I strongly advise against using this company to book any flights. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare and appears to be a blatant scam. After receiving a booking confirmation, I expected my tickets would follow. Instead, the company held my payment without issuing any tickets and then bombarded me with calls and emails claiming that the flights were no longer available unless I paid additional fees – thousands of dollars more than the original price.

Even after paying these extra charges, no tickets were ever provided, leaving me stranded and out of pocket. The company seems to be exploiting customers by holding their money until the intended departure day and never actually providing the services promised. I have since reported this incident to the cyber police and advise others to be wary of this fraudulent business. Stay away to avoid a similar, stressful experience.

A whole of bullshit! Never trust this company at all! It is a scam and has been going around for ages, as I found out by doing some in depth research about them. They say your flight is not operational and then ask you for more money, this is something everyone should be aware of as they continue to do it. Please stay away and please do your research before making a purchase. Thanks.

I booked a ticket for $1175.05 and received my confirmation but was contacted within an hour to be told that the ticket was only on standby and that the actual cost would be an additional +700.00 for the same flight. It's a total scam, and I was told that I could only receive a refund of my payment if I agreed to pay them $175.00 cancellation fee. Beware of these people, please do not end up like me.
