Scam website got quoted one price paid and got a phone call that my trip would be doubled . They would not refund my money

Sadly, I must report that I also was scammed through this website and that I was called to upgrade my ticket because one was secured, but the other was not and it would cost an additional $400 per ticket to get both tickets with more possible luggage space....RIDICULOUS

Scam Website. If prices are too good to be true, they are. Purchased 3 tickets through them and got a call withing few hours stating that it was a "promotional" offer and the airline can't offer the tickets at that price. That I'm placed on a waiting list. There is no such thing as waiting list with airlines, I called. So now we don't have tickets and are out of money until the cc company conducts their research. DO NOT BUY TICKETS WITH THEM YOU WILL NOT FLY ANYWHERE!!!!! any positive reviews are fake

This website will push you to a corner and cheat you. I purchased a ticket from this website at $1059. They told me later that the price quoted is for promotional purposes and is without luggage. I was given the option either to pay $1600 with my luggage or cancel with a penalty of $150. Because it was too expensive I cancelled and $150 was deducted from my money. I will never advise anyone to do business with this fraudulent website. Why not making it clear for all customers to know in advance that prices quoted are promotional and one has to pay for luggage. Customer service is also zero.

On their menu to enter who is traveling there is no column for middle name only first name and last. When I realized this, it was too late because I had already pushed the button. I called immediately to add my middle name but the guy did not entertain me at all. He said I should have typed my first name with a space to add my middle name at a column specified for first names. This is ludicrous. This website is not ready to do business with the public. I called several times for updates but I was told “we will connect you to the first customer service you did business with and he will call you” but nobody called me. With the fear of losing my money I accepted whatever condition and I paid the penalty $150. I travel frequently but never again with this website.

It’s a scamming company they will book your ticket then they cancel next day and they will call you two weeks later ask you for more and I paid them more money. Still, my ticket was not confirmed till the last week of travel and when I called directly to confirm from airline and they told me my ticket has been canceled and I reached holiday carts they ask me for more money and book my ticket from some other airline. I stopped….. and paid extra money to spirit airline and got my tickets booked directly from them. …and it’s been over a month. I still never got my money refund from holiday carts now I just put dispute on my credit card to get my money back from them. Good thing I had their email saying they will send me refund.

I was stuck at airport as my flight was cancelled. After speaking one hour with the airlines, I was literally stranded. Was searching for the cheapest fare to get next flight when i came across this website 'www.
holidaycartllc.com'. I called these guys and connected in just 03 rings. They are a bunch of professionals as they not only offered me the best flight but also helped me get my refund from the Airline. They saved my time and money and most importantly I was able to make it to my destination on time. I got my flight departing in next 60 minutes and was able to reach on time for the event. Post that I've been using their services for all travel related queries. Seriously they are best in their work. Kudos to the whole team of Holiday Cart. :)

This stupid website holidaycartllc is a legit scam a person called jake is the only one who picks the call every time we call I called the company yesterday to pre book my flight tickets this same person jake picked the call and as I was discussing the situation to prepone the tickets my daughter who is 1 n half months old started crying so I had to disconnect the call thinking will call back and this person has just cancelled my tickets without my consent now I have being charged cancellation fee for no reason and had to fight with airlines when I called this person “jake” back he was of no absolute help just an unprofessional and scammers.
