Easy to navigate website, easy to pay good communication throughout the whole process

Great cottage in a lovely quiet location literally surrounded by fields. A real break away from it all.

The hosts were brilliant- helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . A really cosy , relaxing place to stop at. I can highly recommend and would definitely go back!!

Lovely cottage, great location. Many walks from the door including 3 waterfalls!

Easy to check cottages and availability and able to book online

Lovely property - but needed some improvements to warrant the high price.
Holidaycottages.co.uk had a very easy booking and billing system with good communication prior to our holiday. Their "during holiday" support needs improving. We had to contact them twice during our stay and didn't get a satisfactory response either time.

Beautiful place, all amenities dishwasher, local shops, pub , cafes , restaurants, close to the hoe and sea, short walk to Barbican were you will find more exciting places etc , beautiful walks round, local buses, 15 min walk to the town centre to explore other things and the new play and nature areas. Would recommend

Lovely location, very easy to find. Host met us to hand over the key. Showed us how to use the hot tub. Dressing gowns and towels provided.
Very well equipped kitchen area. Tea, coffee and sugar supplied. Also some fresh milk in the fridge.
Secluded area, would highly recommend.
Walking distance to a pub.

The bungerlow was very spacious for a couple even a family of 4. Had everything we needed. Town center close (3miles ish) pub down the road. Amazing pud in town centre that is dog friendly. Ver peaceful and quiet location. Perfect for relaxing. Close to many tourist attractions and places to visit. Highly recommend for a week or even a weekend away. More so if you have a dog and enjoy walks.

Great cottage, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Lovely location close to the towns of Seahouses and Beadnell, great for visiting the beaches and lovely walks. Really lovely host who always replied to emails promoting giving great advice on local activities. Would definitely recommend.

If you are a dog owner wanting your pets to relax as much as you and your family, this is a must-stay place in the Peak District.

Great facilities and a relaxed atmosphere set in a stunning valley location - you can forget everything you came on holiday to forget.

Exceptionally clean! Great hosts, very quick response if you message but also leave you alone to have your peace. Stunning views! Very secluded! So peaceful to sit by the pond or firepit or hot tub etc. everything is in walking or driving distance not too far! Bed was so comfortable! Shower is great and powerful! I can’t say anything bad at all. X

The lodge was clean and tidy, well equipped. The staff were friendly and very pleasant.
The site was well maintained.

The description of the property was spot on and contained a lot of detail. The reviews from other people were also helpful. We have used Holiday Cottages before and find them reliable and efficient. We received all the necessary information a couple of weeks before departure.
