My worse nighmare

BEWARE. My advice to everybody is, go to a reputable travel agent. NOT HOLIDAY DEW. They will gladly take your money, mess up your holiday and deny everything. Believe me they are just money grabbers. Not interested in your problems. Try to get an answer to a prob is a joke. Take my advice. STAY WELL AWAY.

I also booked a cruise and stay which had to be cancelled due to Covid19 This was cancelled in March
After difficulties getting through I have been fobbed off time and time again. I went through my credit card chargeback and had my monies returned by them. The card company are now in dispute trying to get the money back off HolidayDew. Problems again. I know for a fact because I had an e-mail from P&O that £1200 have been returned to HolidayDew part of my package what are these people playing at and how are they getting away with it. Also they are in ABTA so what on earth are they doing letting a Company trade while they are treating people in this manner.

poorest holiday company robbers

DO NOT book with this company they will rob you refused to refund our package holiday which was down to covid 19 . Lied to us to buy more time spoke to Jason Jones on 3 occasions and was different voice every time. Got angry at us when declined credit note as we knew our rights as was a package Holiday. Avoid at all cost as in my opinion the good reviews must be fake pay bit extra avoid the stress

Disgusted the fact my daughter booked a holiday with them and was cancelled due to covid -19. Now they keep saying she has to wait 101 days to see if she gets full refund. Now they are saying they will go through insurance they have and only give her less then half money she paid.... avoid this company and I have given them a deadline of a week... if no answer legal action will happen

Thief’s con artists and a sham. Still chasing my refund since March. Every time I ring it’s a new story. They don’t respond to emails they are unhelpful on the phone and continually lie. AVOID ST ALL CISTS. THEY ARE DREADFUL!!!!

As others have stated, if I could leave a zero rating or lower, I would!
This company is an absolute bunch of scam artists!
They have taken payments from a card, when they have had no other prior authorisation to do so!
The bank managed to put a reverse on the payment, but they still took the funds again, even though the bank has blocked them from taking any money, because they have used a different company name (Travolie)!
If you are thinking about booking a holiday with them, please don't!
Customer services are rude! They refuse to refund! They refuse to cancel the holiday and I've seen plenty of reviews which show they probably don't even book the holiday you wanted to begin with!
Avoid at all costs!!!

BAD BAD BAD

I have no words to explain how bad this company is!!!!
Take deposit then change the departure airport. Then call to say that two out of three rooms will be all inclusive and the third will be half board. Cancelled the holiday in March - told them in writing 4 times. No refund. Did a chargeback through the bank got our deposit back. I received over 15 emails telling us to have a lovely holiday. I replied several times saying we had cancelled within the first week of booking. The bank never heard back from the company. Now they have just taken money from my account as cancellation fee four months on from when it was cancelled. Another chargeback as they don't respond to emails. Scammers!!!!!!!!!

Holiday cancelled due to covid-19 and they refused to refund our money.

Further more the staff are rude and ingore your emails.

You ask to speak to a member of management and they tell you they are either in a meeting or that they are the manager??

Didn't inform me that my flight was cancelled, also on a daily basis they demanded via email to pay the outstanding balance!!

The whole customer service team are uneducated, extremely rude, unhelpful and very obnoxious. They need to go back to school to learn basic skills!!

Even though my flight was cancelled I was not offered a refund or a voucher, They will use every excuse not to give you your refund!! which by law your legally entitled to!!
