Alex was a tremendous help and was very informative and helpful.

So nearly 3,000 on a holiday and you refuse to even send me an email to say it’s cancelled and refuse to refund money saying “I don’t work for you”.

What a disgrace this company really is, scammed us via our airport transfer to the hotel 3x what we previously agreed. When we tried contacting the company they pretended like this was what was agreed and nothing was wrong. What a bunch of cowboys.

Phoned up to book holiday. Very clear and easy to understand. Excellence English translation and explained the holiday details superbly. Giving me clear indications of GMT time departing & local time arriving visa versa.

I booked a holiday but can't receive email confirmation for some reason. Contacted Darren King and he is very helpful. Sorted it out straightaway on the phone. Thank you Darren.

We phoned Travolie and spoke to Katy. She was a great help as we could not get logged into Ryanair. She identified what the problem was and said she would call back. She did and all was sorted. Well done Katy!

The most dodgiest companies I have ever had to deal with, lies upon lies! Have taken my money and have not provided me with a holiday as agreed. Have tried to get a refund for months and still no further! Staff are rude, unprofessional, contradicting, aggressive and not trained! Each staff member I speak to gives different information to the last advisor!

Darren a so called customer Manager, who has 0 customer service skills needs to be trained up or moved on!

Darren King and Tom who sorted out a last minuet deal, unfortunately we were given the wrong email information for our return flight home which caused slight panic as it was with Ryanair and we didnt want to get charged for checking in at the desk but the guys quickly sorted it out for us. All in all happy with the service they were very helpful :)
