Been phoning Alex all afternoon with different dates hoteks etc and every time was very helpful guving me options to pick from so glad to say got holiday i wanted and now cant wait make memories with my family

Original booking, operator Brad very helpful in changing our arrangements after 2 cancelled. Follow-up Katie helpful when paying 2nd instalment. Will see how holiday goes.

To be honest not sure about this company or people who work for them, Very pushy, say things so fast not sure what signing up to. I have to pay in full 10/1/20 for a holiday in April seems very early to me because if I had gone direct by P&O only taking a small deposit. I thought I might have to cancel due to insurance problem, not this company's fault I admit , you can't go on a cruise without insurance but they didn't want to know and said not only would I have to pay the full costs for the holiday but additional ones for cancelling. Sounds crazy to me as there is plenty of time to sell this holiday package. I still hope to go especially as I have to pay it all up and to cover the insurance paying for private treatment so I can then get Insurance. The cost I think was ok for what is included but I reserve the right to review again after my holiday

Absolutely worst travel company out there happy to take ur money but will not help in anyway. When you call to complain they just sit and heavy breathe at the other end then hang up when u tell them ur recording DO NOT USE

beware when this company sells extras such as Taxi transfers
I was charged £200 for a 75 euro transfer ignored when I asked
for refund reported to ATOL absolute joke in customer services !

spoke to fiona and went through all my details carefully and read back confirming all details and spelling was correct,happy with the service,paid for transfers and extra hold baggage....thank you
