Don’t use this company!!!
They made so many mistakes, we ended up also given the wrong time of transfer, and ended up forking our €60 of our own money, with them not taking ANY responsibility!!!! We have everything in black and white, and will be reporting them to the customer consumer agency!
Fraudsters!!
Highly rude on the phone too!!!
Never touch this company unless you want to be lied to, disappointed, and you want people to be rude to you!

Brad from Travolie was my first contact…
Brad from Travolie was my first contact when booking my last minute holiday (leaving in 3 days). I have never used this agency before, so I asked for the company ABTA registration which was given quickly, this supported the companies registration that I had checked prior to the call. Brad was friendly with an open personality and offered suggestions of cheaper deals that I'd not considered whilst looking on line.
The service was quick and efficient and I was give my own time to make a final decision with no pressure of a sale.
Bearing in mind these guys are mostly on a commission only basis I found the whole experience very easy and relaxing.
Exactly what you want for a holiday.
5 stars so far, lets hope Brad got me a good one!
Warren.

An excellent service
I recently booked a holiday with HolidayDew through Ben Gorman one of their booking agents and have to put on record the excellent service I received from Ben. Nothing was too much trouble to him and he made me feel that I was a special customer. As a result of the Thomas Cook disaster I had to contact him again to arrange new flights for us and once again he delivered a diamond service.

John was fantastic to sort me out with the Malta all inclusive holiday for this weekend. His level of detail and knowledge was brilliant, would definitely highly recommend him to anyone else looking to book a getaway.

This is the worst company ever....
We booked a 4* at Roma Hotel in Hurghada. It was not even a two star. It was so filthy and dirty.
They advertised as kids for £99. They charged the same price for my 2 year old and 4 year old.
The owner told me that kids stay for free at the hotel.
The four of us shared 3 single beds. We paid for a double bed and two pull out single beds.

After reading the customer reviews, and noticing that only the positive reviews got a any response from the company, and the negative reviews were ignored shows that the company dont really care about their customers, thanks to all the people who took the time to put those negative reviews in,even after they had wasted time and money beforehand trying to get a response from the company,i am glad i looked at your reviews before i booked our 2 week trip for our group of 35.
Poor communication and customer…
Poor communication and customer service -Have resigned their ABTA membership so you will not get a refund!!!! They ceased to be ABTA members as of October 2020!!!
Booked a 7 night all inclusive break and arrived in Mallorca at around 1am to find the transfer office closed. Was directed to another office only to be told that our names were not on the list and the coach had left. Waited nearly 45 minutes to be put on another bus and finally arrived at the hotel at around 4am. The night porter told us that the hotel was full and we were given keys to a grotty apartment building next door with open electrical sockets and doors and windows that don’t close properly.
Walked back to the hotel and explained that I had paid for two separate hotel rooms, not a shared apartment. Was told to go back in the morning and request to be moved into the hotel as there were no rooms available that night. I was very angry as we were all exhausted having been travelling for so long. Holiday dew do not offer 24 hour customer service so there was no way to contact them at that hour. Wasted the first day of our holiday moving rooms.
I have contacted holiday dew requesting a refund for the first day of the holiday that we were unable to enjoy as a result of this incompetence but have received no firm confirmation of this.
I would not book with these people again.
Cynthia could not of been more helpful
Cynthia could not of been more helpful, thank you! My husband and I can’t wait for our special break.

Stay clear of this sham company
Booked a short, 4-day holiday with Holiday Dew (run by travelopedia) to Switzerland. I spoke to one of their agents Ronnie and mentioned to him that I had only one requirement that I want a hotel in Grindelwald and I mentioned my budget constraints. He told me about Hotel Steinbock which I quickly looked up and agreed to. So I made the payment on what was suggested to me was the final price. After making the payment they asked for an additional payment of about £150 for flight charges something that was never mentioned to me before. I told him that this was not mentioned before and the trip is now way over my budget and I want to cancel the booking to which he replied the payment made is non-refundable. He contacts me a couple of days later saying that he could give me an upgrade and suggested Hotel Alpina in Grindelwald. I looked up online and the hotel looked like a decent upgrade so I said yes. The next day I get a confirmation email of booking Hotel Restaurant Alpina based in Innertkirchen which is 25 kms and 2 hrs away from Grindelwald by train. I emailed back saying that was not what I agreed to, to which he replied to change it now I need to pay additional £346. The following days I kept trying to chase them down to get it resolved but he wouldn't get back on the phone. They kept passing the phone around to various people in the company who kept telling me that nothing can be done now. Anyone I asked to speak to Ronnie's supervisor would say that they are his supervisor. At one point even the telephone operator told me that she was Ronnie's supervisor! Finally I got Sonia on the line who was empathetic to my situation and tried to help out. After a couple of calls with her trying to get a decent hotel booked I gave up and settled for Hotel Restaurant Alpina in Innertkirchen.
I checked the hotel booking and flight details sent to me and they literally made the booking for me on Hotels.com and EasyJet.com and charged me a fee of £200, 30% of the total amount I booked the holiday for. Holiday Dew and all the affiliate companies are a sham! You will never get the rates for holidays that they advertise in the papers and they sure as hell don't have any packages of their own. Their strategy is to get you to call them, promise you the world, take your money and then do as they please. They will promise you one hotel and charge you based on that and will call you a couple of days later suggesting an "upgrade" that is an absolute downgrade; so as to make a bigger margin. Contact these guys only if you think you are incapable of making online bookings for hotels and flights and are ok with paying them a 30% fee for their "service".
I have searched the ATOL number and got the list of all the websites run by them and attached it to this review. Approach them at your own risk!
Booked online
Booked online , paid full cost , within a minute got a call saying the cost has gone up , and we need to pay more so after a long dispute about us only booking holiday at that cost advertised as that was our budget . Still don’t understand how I have now paid over my budget for a holiday I I totally paid within budget as that was advertised price . Not really happy with having to go over budget and no offer of refund so, have had to pay more than can afford . Now we have no luggage , and paid extra , when initially price we paid included hold luggage and was in budget !? Makes no sense will up the star rating if something is done about loss . But process hasn’t been the nicest so far , certainly stressful and confusing .
Helpful and easy
Tom was very polite and helpful which made it easier to book my holiday.
Thank you
