Holidaydew couldn't sell crack to an addict
I have been attempting for the past two days to purchase a holiday with Holidaydew. I saw a deal advertised online with the site for £188pp to ibiza with free transfers so I clicked on the site and on the website it said clear as day £188pp. After speaking to one of the reps and double checking that there were free transfers - who confirmed there was. I told him all of this was great and that I would like to book the holiday for me and 4 friends, confirming that it was £188 each. I was told that this would cost us £261pp. When I questioned why it said £188 on the website the rep would not reply. Then I was passed on to another rep - Sahil - Sahil tried to make me book a different hotel. All the time I spoke with Sahil he would not tell me the price per person for either of the hotels despite me constantly asking. He also said that there were no free transfers included despite The other agent - Alex - confirming that there were. He asked if he could email me the details over for the hotels and I said yes, gave him my email address and waited. After two hours I still hadnt received any Emails so I went back onto live chat and asked for Sahil. He asked if I had received the email and I told him I had not so he said that he would resend it.
I have still, 24 hours later, not received any emails from Sahil.
It is as though this company does not want £1,000 from ready and willing customers so we will be taking it elsewhere.

Cynthia found my holiday. She was very helpful.
She asked me to put a review for her on here while she waited on the phone so obviously trust pilot reviews are very important to them.
Am now starting to worry though as was told I would get tickets in 24hrs but haven't yet but I guess we have had a bank holiday.
They also asked for photos of our passports not sure if that's normal or not.
Will edit post to show update once I've got my tickets.

Company will resolve 3 Hotel problem
Just spoken to rep Fri 23rd and hopefully all will be resolved today and I can enjoy my holiday. Darren is seeking a new hotel a d shall be in touch after 2pm and itinnery I am told is being sent by mid day. 🙂After many emails & telephone calls to the company since booking on the 4th August 'a twin City break " starting on 8th Sept 19 & having paid £1596. I am still waiting on the fully detailed tinerary & full transfer details which involve various transport links. Also awaiting new hotel options being sent to me to be booked appropriate hotels being booked in Lake Garda, Venice & Rome.
The Company arranging the Hotelsl. I was informed they had facilities they do not have and are also in far out location.
NOT the location I was informed they were at. or facilities I was assured I would have. i hotel has no reastaurant and after . wishing a pool . The hotel booked at Lake Garda is an appartment on an out of season basis. The one ment to be IN Venice is a 2hr 30 min walk to Venice or large expense and time wasted simply to get to where I wished to be. COMMUNICATION & replays to emails are near non existent
For a holiday of a life time at high cost , I have no joy at going as all is upside down with no reassurance of the correct accomodation having been booked.
I hope my next entry can be more rewarding.

John promised the world. And provided a mould riddled dungeon.
So I was miss sold a hotel as the pictures was of another hotel. Was offered to get upgraded to a better hotel. And was sent to the joker side suites hotel. And was promised it had a certificate of excellence. Well what a joke that was. The hotel was a complete dive of a hotel. Deserves to be closed down. And I don’t know who would give it a certificate of anything let alone excellence. If you are offered to stay there run away. If john tells you you are getting a upgraded room for a good review. You’re getting a room looking at the back of a derelict building covered in mould. And spoken to like crap by the manager of the hotel. Don’t believe a word this company tell you about certificates of excellence upgraded rooms or any other promise they make. Love holiday has removed this hotel due to so many bad reviews. All good reviews you read about this hotel. Are made up by staff. And all reviews showing damaged walls doors toilets mould are a true reflection of this hotel. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Please take note of this review.
