I booked with this company to be charged more money for a superior room as they said the hotel had no standard ones left. I then printed out my documents to find I am still in a standard room and the company have put a REQUEST for a superior room as it is my anniversary(which it is not) was told we could not cancel within hours of booking as flights were confirmed with easyjet with better times then was changed to Ryanair with less luggage and not so good times.
They also do not listen to what you are trying to say to them, always taking over you. I emailed my complaint and tried to get them to rectify the situation, but they have my money now so not interested DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

Adam was most helpful and patient with my friend and I when we made our enquiry. He was able to find us a holiday which met our requirements and answered any questions which we asked. I would definitely recommend Holidaydew to anyone and will certainly use them again. Thanks Adam for all your help.

I booked a holiday last week with holiday dew, and the next day they said i could not stay in the hotel i booked, they said the hotel they suggested was next door. WHEN i saw the hotel on the internet they claimed was next door, it was miles away from what i was looking for, and need. I am a double amputee and i told holiday dew this and that was the reason i picked the hotel at the start. AND now they want me to pay more money if i want to check into the first hotel i picked, and have already paid for.HOLIDAY DEW are not interested in what i have to say. THEY are a load of thieves, and con men. THERE is so much more i have learned in the past few days. DO not book any holiday, or flights with them, if you do, do not take the first price they offer you, they will tell you its a great price, lies. I am taking holiday dew to court.

He was so patient and helpful. Very thorough and knowledgeable. We were very happy with options presented and finally selected one which ticked all the boxes for us.

I have been very impressed with the service of this travel agency especially a travel agent called John Grant who has had the gracious patience of a saint.
John listened to ALL the needs of the group, we are travelling with elderly passengers and he has made sure that we have all the help we need to make this journey as smooth as possible.

Holiday Dew advertise prices online and when you go to book you are given completely different and highly inflated prices. In my case over £100pp difference. They say that it is the live price however 4 days later they are still showing same online to make you phone up.

I booked my holiday with Adam and the arrangements he made suited my needs perfectly, so a big thank you to him. Adam patiently listened to my travel requirements and arranged what I’m sure will be a fab holiday. However, afterwards I noticed that there appeared to be some anomalies. I promptly contacted Holidaydew and spoke to Marshall. He handled all my queries and resolved potential problems that came to light professionally. I echo what other reviewers have stated, he has a calm manner and the ability to reassure one whilst dealing with and resolving issues. Excellent! I would have rated Holidaydew 5 stars if there were no issues.
