I had one of the worst expereince by…

I had one of the worst expereince by booking tickets wtih the Holidayme.This is biggest mistake of life. Eventhough the emirates airlines are not charging a single penny for refund and changing dates of flight.These people are charging hefty amount which is not acceptable.If i ask for other dates again they ask for more money,if asked for cancellation they are giving only half the amount.
This is really not acceptable.
So i request anyone who want to do business should think 100 times and do.

This company appears as fraudsters

This company appears as fraudsters. They have holding my refund from June 2020 and every time they give some excuse or another.

Please be vary with this company. I have sent 12 emails so far, every time they reply by a new person with the same excuse, that it will take another 4-6 weeks due to COVID 19. They received money from airlines back in June 2020 and they didnt bother refund my money and in December 2020, when i enquired from several sources, i learnt that the money is with holidayme. since then they just keep giving excuses.

Holiday me is a professional cheating…

Holiday me is a professional cheating company i have booked both way ticket with them on Feb my return ticket cost was 1200Aed in April due to COVID flight was cancelled i spoke to Holiday me to reschedule ticket but nothing has done from them. I booked ticket from other Airline when i ask for refund they gave me only 334 Aed on sept after sending 100 Emails. The reply from them (You may have to allow us another 7 to 10 days from now) from June but The airlines send me Email saying that they transferred INR 10000 which makes 500 Aed. when i ask holidayme team about it (Reply From Them)

Kindly note that the refund is for 1 way as outbound ticket (SHJ-LKO) is already used.
we have processed the refund of the amount that we received from the Airline
If there are discrepancy in the same, kindly get in touch with the Airline directly again

Great deals for Travel needs

Holidayme is having one of the best deals over the other online booking sites and i had proven it many times. In fact, i have been using their services like 2-3 yrs now and i got to save a lot of dirhams all the time. During 2020 staycations, perhaps i booked with them like 4x and i am satisfied about the services. Though, i must admit that some errors, inconsistencies or even they will inform you that ur “booking price”is no longer available but they can sort it out if you discuss with them properly.

One of my favorite agent/travel consultant is Ms. Aarti Gadkari- i have spoken to her many times and every time i have concerns -she’s handling the case professionally. She is basically polite and helpful- you might want to look for her for prompt resolution of your issues. She will even call you for follow up and updates. She deserves a commendation because of her willingness to help anytime.

I want to recognize also Mr. Priyaranjan- he is also quick to act on your issues with favorable outcome.He will be a help as well.

Again, a lot of challenges maybe be encountered with them but i can assure myself that i will continue to make bookings and use their services for my travel needs.

It s obviously cheating going on there. U pay online for a hotel. They cut money and after couple of hours calling you and say this booking in this price not exist, but if u still want it pay again more. HOW S THAT possible at all take money from me for something fake?????? Interesting this extra money they asking after ur direct payment to system goes to company or direct to pocket person that calls. I m trying currently make complaint about them to economic department

Worst/Bad services Holidayme

Guys, Please don't buy any travel tickets/bookings from Holidayme. The customer services team un-professional , rude and in fact no clear answer. When I ask about my cancellation status and refund time, they ask me to wait for 60 days minimum to update me. Don't ever buy any ticket even if you have vouchers.....Its not worth.

HORRIBLE !!!

I cancelled flights pre covid and still have not received my refund. I have sent about 15 emails in the past 3 months and they do not reply to any off them. I have to call and the same answer is always we will get back to you and they never do. I am shocked at the service and as I understand the situation at present I do not understand the lack of professionalism or customer care at all. Will never again use this company and highly recommend nobody else does either

If there was an option for 0 star

If there was an option for 0 star, would have happily given that.
This is pertaining to hotel booking in particular, the money gets deducted immediately from the account, with no confirmation, and upon chasing the company (5 times internal call transfers) they said the booking isn't confirmed and the hotel price has changed!!!

To support my statement - i had the booking at 5.35 pm when the price reflected AED 1092 before discount on their website, and at 6.30 Pm during my call with holiday me the same price reflected without any difference. Had flagged up the same with the customer support while talking to him, and he was speechless too as it was true.
Furthermore, the money is deducted immediately and the booking isn’t confirmed, the customer has to call to enquire about the same and then they are informed that booking isn’t successful. Money is deducted in a snap but responsibility is not taken by the company!!!

The only gimmick they do is post fake price and then come back saying the hotel has changed the prices and availability, the difference amount needs to be paid.

This has repeatedly happened in the past also, and not only for UAE, also when I had to book my Georgia trip in 2019.

I don't understand what kind of relation they have with the hotels globally, that their prices according to them fluctuates like stock market without getting reflected on their very own platforms.

To sum up -
customer support - zero
trustworthiness - zero
technical support - zero
cheating customers - five/five

Disappointing service and useless app

I have been using holidayme app for quite sometime now and not a single booking has gone smoothly for me. Either the booking doesn't go through or the price goes up or the room is sold out. Always there is some excuse they will give for not being able to provide the booking at the shown amount. Not at all happy with the app. Also, there service is no great either. You will always face some troubles while booking flight, holiday or even a simple hotel stay. Don't recommend them.

Supportive team

I had a problem with my booking due to the global crisis and the Holidayme team (Sikander and Aarti) were very supportive, however there were few instances of misunderstandings. But overall the staff was very helpful and ensured my booking gets cancelled and refunded. Honestly there was a bit of a hassle as they asked me get an email from the hotel that they wouldnt charge me for the cancellation and all this led to some back and forth. All the hassle was worth it as Sikander and Aarti ensured i get my full refund and they kept me posted at all stages of the process.

We had a made our bookings to Europe in the month of Dec and we were suppose to travel in Feb Mid. There were few request shared since it was our anniversary and the team had acknowledged the same. all the bookings were confirmed a day prior to the travel.
1-While we reached at Prague hotel the hotel had a mail from the holiday me team saying the booking is cancelled and we had to wait for 2 hrs to get a room and contact holiday me team, since it was our 1st wedding anniversary all the surprises planned for my spouse was ruined due to this and we got a very shabby room and we had left with no choice.
2nd- While we had booked our bus from Prague to Budapest and i had clearly checked and requested with the team if we can pre book our seats due to nausea problem with the bus travel but the team denied saying they cant book and it will be 1st come basis so due to this we reached at the bus stop 45 mins before to get a preferred seat but when we reached it was told to us the seats are pre booked and we had no choice but to sit on the last corner seats of the bus.
3rd- After we reached budapest the team aligned a cruise for us and we acknowledged also since we were travelling it is very obvious that none of them will be using emails or will be connected to internet but still where needed i was checking and replying although i had clearly mentioned in the mail to contact us on the whatsapp and the number were provided. after this while we were left with 2 hrs to board the cruise i received an email saying the menu is not available so we had to cancel the plan and by the time all this happened we had left with no options but the evening was spoiled again.
it's been 5 days now and none of the holiday me is has come to conclusion towards the closure of all this mess created. we had paid a huge amount and it was our 1st anniversary which was spoiled thoroughly, all the details and the cancellation mails is been provided to the holidayme team but no action has been taken.
