Thank you for organizing a wonderful and a hassle free itinerary for us. The moment we arrived at Jordan Airport, there was a representative waiting for us and the visa process was completed and we were out of the airport in less than an hour.
The driver, Mr Saed, soon arrived to take us through the Amman City Tour and the rest of the itinerary as planned. Mr Saed was very professional and friendly, guiding us throughout the 3 days of our stay in Jordan. He was always on time and made sure that we got to eat at the best and hygienic restaurants in the city :).
We loved Jordan and I must say that we enjoyed thoroughly and we thank you for the perfect itinerary, your representatives in Jordan and the lovely hotels. Hasan Zawaidah camp in Wadi Rum is just out of this World!! Petra Sella Hotel gave us amazing sunset views right from within our room :).
Undoubtedly, the best trip of our life so far :).

I booked with you in total of 3 trips
The 1st was to Montenegro and it was amazing that why I decided to book again
2nd trip was to Azerbaijan and it was great disappointment as the trips used to be canceled at the last moment everyday , which was the reason why I did NOTHING there .
My 3rd Trip now is to Malaysia
I already explained to the representative that I am a solo traveler and I prefer hotels close to activities . She was helpful and extremely nice , that’s why I didn’t recheck what’s she Planned for me as I was thinking that it will be best choice
Sadly the main reason for my visit to Malaysia was langkawi island as I heard About their beaches , and once I reached to the hotel today I got the highest shock ever , as it’s in none touristic area at all ( nothing to do - not even proper Resturant here ) and the closest beach require 30 min drive !
I am soooooo much disappointment , and I will make sure media knows about my stories about ur bad service

Holidayme and my first solo trip 🎶
It was a spur of the moment decision to pack up and go to UK. Never been to London and wanted to spend a few days there. Contacted Suma from holidayme and I was on the plane after 4 days. Of course there was apprehension as there was no face to the name! However, Suma took the trouble to follow up, call me and stay in touch. To me, she is holidayme. She created a personalised package for one and every thing fell in place from the moment I left Abu Dhabi. When I arrived in Heathrow, then pick up was not on time. Of course I was afraid, strange place first time and all but with WhatsApp in hand, Suma assured me that the driver was stuck in traffic. Such assuring assistance!
The hotel was clean, in the middle of the city, easy access to shops and train stations. Comfortable and safe stay for the 4 days I was in London. I experienced an amazing musical because the trip was a free and easy, do what i like sort of trip. Perfect for relaxation.
The hop on bus that was booked showed me the whole of London. Although it wasn't an all inclusive package, it was enough. I had to pay for my own lunch, dinners and snacks. It was perfect as I had all the time in world for myself.

I will be back for more bookings.

One of the most untrustworthy companies…
One of the most untrustworthy companies I have ever dealt with. They talk about transparent pricing and being a trustworthy travel partner, well in reality they are the exact opposite.
Prior to your booking they will confirm everything you ask for. Once you are at your destination you are welcomed with the most unpleasant surprises. The worst part is that the tour operators they are dealing with in other countries will have no clue about your actual package, and demand you pay for everything.
Below are the issues we faced with our booking and despite bringing all this to their attention upon return, they did nothing.
1. We landed in Istanbul and were transported to the hotel where we reached by 11:00 am. On arrival we were told that our rooms weren’t ready and checkin would not be possible before 2:00 pm. Most hotels allow checkin only by 2:00 pm so this could have been mentioned to us earlier so alternate plans could be made. Instead, in our tired, dirty state, after a whole night’s travel, we had to go find ways to kill time till the hotel would accommodate us.
2. Right from my first communication with HolidayME, I had been requesting for a Smoking room with twin beds. Till 1 day before my travel I had been following up with your team for this but no one would confirm it to me. All they said is that someone will call you back, but no one did. On arrival in Istanbul I got to know that the entire hotel is non-smoking. In fact most hotels in Istanbul are non-smoking. Again, I don’t see why this could not be communicated to me prior to my travel. It is most annoying after arriving at your destination and wanting to have a good time, one is welcomed with these issues. The manager too at the hotel was annoyed with everyone’s questions as he felt Holiday ME should have communicated to its guests in advance.
3. The itinerary sent to us by Holiday ME did not tally with what the tour operator had on him. Every step of the way we had to reiterate what was promised to us. Even the sightseeing options were different and when we insisted that we wanted what was promised, we were asked to pay for it on our own.
4. Upon return I brought all this to the attention of HolidayME and asked for a compensation of what was promised to us and not delivered, I think this was only fair. But instead all I got was “We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we cannot refund the money.”
I understand that HolidayME offers discounted tour packages but there is no justification for lying or cheating your guests. While my sister and I are still fairly young and took most of these problems with a pinch a salt, there were several elderly people and couples with little children on this trip. It wasn’t as easy or pleasant for them. If something is not possible, tell your guests in advance. Yes, they might be a bit upset, but will appreciate your sincerity a lot more. But I guess at the end of the day all HolidayME cares about is sales and no importance is given to quality of service offered.

Had a very bad experience with the above booking site today.
I wanted to book a room today in Kempinski Dubai and completed all online procedure and though the amount was deducted from my credit card, the booking was not done. When i called up the customer care, they informed me that it was due to a change in the rates which was on updated on their site. Yet i decided to pay the remaining amount and get the booking done and paid the excess amount after which i was told that the complimentary breakfast will be available for only 2 adults, whereas the site says the breakfast is for 2 adults and 2 kids. I have opted for a complete refund and will never vouch Holidayme as they will only spoil the Holidays.

They don't deliver what they promises.
i) They promised for Express ticket for Universal studio and provided General ticket
ii) After several reminder they did not mentioned to emirate flight for vegetarian meal
iii) Hotel booked by them in Singapore was also same no vegetarian breakfast
iv) Hotel was in out side the city
v) For Phuket they told that hotel is fully booked and now the earlier promised rooms are not available, however when we reached their the complete hotel was empty. There was only one guest apart from me in that hotel
I will not recommend to book from holiday me.

I have purchased the Phuket (3 days) and Singapore (5 days) trip thru HolidayMe.
I have following experience with HolidayMe:
Utter carelessness
Despite providing all document well in advance HolidayMe didn’t book the flight on time. This booking delay by HolidayMe caused a spike in flight price. Since then I already paid the full tour package cost to HolidayMe and don’t want to spoil the trip, I paid extra 1000/- bucks asked by HolidayMe.
Emirates flight was booked for to & fro travel from Dubai. We requested HolidayMe to ensure vegetarian meal to be available on board. Despite our request the ticket was booked without any ‘meal’ preference. Emirates airline informed they didn’t get any prior instruction for our vegetarian meal. Me and my family could eat meal of our choice during flight.
Insensitive to Customer Need
Our accommodation was booked by HolidayMe in Louis Kienne Serviced Apartment, Singapore.
This apartment was far from main city and there were no vegetarian restaurant in nearby locality. Due to this we visited little India by taxi for taking our lunch and dinner until we stay in Singapore.
Breakfast of this hotel was equally pathetic. In the name of continental breakfast we had daily served with same breakfast comprising bread with butter, 2 fruits, 1 bean as veg item. I requested hotel management for more vegetarian options however they expressed their inability to provide anything else.
I wrote an e-mail to HolidayMe to write an e-mail to Hotel for providing the breakfast or change our hotel, however HolidayMe didn’t even acknowledge.
Express/priority pass for Universal Studio
We requested HolidayMe to provide Express/Priority entry for Universal Studio Ride and accordingly paid for holiday package price. Despite repeated reminder from our end and assurance by HolidayMe we didn’t get the Express/Priority pass in Singapore. Due to vacation time in Singapore there was huge crowd and waiting time for ride was between 2-3 hours. Due to this we could finish hardly 3-4 rides of our choice. Kids were angry with me and I heard a lot from my wife for such poor planning of trip.
Pick-up & Drop facility
Nam Ho Dan travel agency was booked by HolidayMe for pick and drop facility.
Drivers of this pick-up were very rude and mannerless. I can’t forget one such incidence when while returning from Universal Studio we were few minutes late to reach the pick-up car. Pick-up driver (name Gopi/+6591095152) was already there at pick-up point. As he saw us he started shouting and behaved very badly. We found him in grip of alcohol. While seeing his behavior I even thought to call police but stopped doing so because I don’t want to spoil my vacation.
Approach of HolidayMe
Once we purchased the package from HolidayMe; they stop follow-up action with us.
We ourself were chasing HolidayMe for follow-up of voucher, flight ticket, hotel booking, local representative detail etc. etc.
In this process we come across discussion with 5-6 representatives of HoldiayMe who assures to look up.
In nutshell, I can say that my first experience with HolidayMe was not satisfactory.
They didn’t delivered for which we paid the heavy price.
I will not recommend anyone to book the holiday package thru HolidayMe.

Overbooking company
I booked in advance for a night in a hotel in Sousse un Tunisia...the room was paid with my credit card and I received a mail confirmation... when I arrived in the hotel royal beach a great surprise the hotel was full and not informed ...I tried to join the company holiday me and an operator invited me to call Back the staff and hung up...I managed to find another hotel in a another city and lost all the noon trying to get a solution... This company isn't trustful and neglect the rule of law and uses....till now they didn't give me back my money and they didn't apologize...
