I love the bag
I love the bag. It is a bit creased/dented, I hope it will straighten out as I use it. I would suggest for future bags, send them in a hard box so they will be straight.

I took part of the BOGO bag offer, I was getting a bag for myself and one for a friend. There was an issue with the personalization with the bags (both bags came with the name I wanted on one bag) Jennifer with customer service made sure she stayed in constant contact with me, made sure she understood my original order (because she wanted to make sure it didn’t happen to anyone else) and did everything she could to make the situation right. I received my replacement bag and it’s absolutely gorgeous!!!
God has a plan all the time, I’ve recently met a wonderful lady at church with the name that was on the extra bag so it truly didn’t go to waste. I can’t wait to order a bag for my daughter. The customer service alone was top notch and I truly appreciate Jennifer’s commitment to customer satisfaction!

What they don't tell you is that it is an "American Company" that has offices here in the US but manufacturing and distribution in China. And when you post the facts they block you and remove posts from social media. I finally got my bag it smelled funny and is probably carcinogenic. Now when I email them they won't issue a refund. They just tell me to air their cancer bag out!

First Tme Purchase Experience
I was well pleased first with the selection to choose from. Second, I was excited that I had the option of choosing any bible verse, or my own saying. Third, I can further customize my bag by adding my name, nickname etc. Once that was done I could actually see the end results by viewing my
selected bag. As an added bonus I could purchase another one at half price. Then if I desired I could get accessories like a wallet for example. Payment was easy and secure. Communication with the company starts immediately. They email you and update regularly. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Totally a wonderful experience. They even emailed me after delivery to make sure I loved my bag. Definitely will buy again!

The purse is of great quality and is roomy. I purchased the medium size. The only downside is it takes at least five weeks before your shipment will arrive.
