This company kept me informed every step of the process in getting my bag to me. The customer service helped me with the ordering process in a prompt manner. The owner sent emails along the way so that I felt comfortable knowing that this company was legitimate (not a scam) especially with finding the company on facebook. I love the bag. It holds all of my bible study things all in one place. I was impressed with the prompt delivery since I had read reviews that it takes a long time to get the bag. My bag was received within 3 weeks of ordering.

Not happy with my purchase
I was unable to track the shipment and when the bag arrived it smelled/still smells horrible. I had to take it outside and spray it with Febreeze. I will have to wait a while before I can use it. It does not seem very sturdy, I will not recommend this product

Customer service was very helpful in finding my delayed bag. They answered immediately and got the ball rolling so that I got my bag today.
My bag is a little larger than I thought it would be. The pattern (sunflowers and scripture) is beautiful. The handles are sturdy. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I placed an order over 3 months ago. They sad it was in transit. My money was taken out of my account within seconds of placing the order. I never received the order. I asked for either a refund or the order actually being shipped but nothing as of yet. I confirmed my address with customer support and they assured me my order would be shipped ASAP. I still haven't received anything as of yet. Now I'm asking for my money back because I believe I will never get this order. I will report this to the better business bureau if nothing is resolved soon.

I got the wallet first which was beautiful. It took a lot longer than expected to receive the bag, but I just finally got it and love it! I was and still confused about the Bible box and subscription. I think a more concise explanation would have been helpful.
