IF FOREIGN READ

IF FOREIGN READ. Awful experience. Came to Amsterdam on a trip abroad. We were accepted in but one of us was not expected in when he had only 2 beers before hand. A member of staff came to talk to us who was respectful, however instead of listening to us she just ushered us out. So poor from the casino in listening to our case and ruined our trip on grounds that were completely unfair. Disappointed and hope others on holiday can see this beforehand.

Yeah

Yeah, lets wait 3 days minimum for a withdrawal because of an unfixable payment bug. What the ...
When every time the transfer is almost instant and you dont announce there are problems with withdrawals...this is just not nice.
Happy new year i guess.

Okay I suppose...but not the casino they tell us they are...

Holland casino tells us that they allow us to game "in a safe, fair and responsible way". Their marketing is heavy on this. As I've used their online site for quite some time now, I wanted to comment.

The sportsbook is outsourced to a company that restricts anybody who might be in slight profit to ridiculous amounts very quickly. As I cannot place a bet more than around 0.25 cents, then I cannot argue with their statement of "safe" in regards to the sportsbook. It would not be physically possible to place enough bets to make the sportsbook unsafe. However, every time it claims it is sending their bet to one of their agents to check. This is a lie, the account is restricted and it is blocked by a computer. That's deceptive.

There are a range of slots, I don't play them much. The other games are, most often, also outsourced (or run by Holland Casino employees on the same third party's technology). I like a good game of Baccarat. Bet banker, bet banker, bet banker. I may like to place the odd Egalite number bet. However, whilst if I tracked the cards with a computer to work out which one was profitable for me - that would be cheating and illegal, Holland Casino's provider tracks the cards placed with a computer so that they can turn off those bets when they're not profitable for them. Holland Casino do not mention this to their customers. I take issue here with their argument, then, that they are "fair" - since they are not properly disclosing that they are carrying out a practice to their advantage and the customer's disadvantage that they would have an issue with if the customer did it.

The promotions. With the exception of one recently where they forgot to put play round conditions on it - Holland Casino have almost always the worst promotions and promotion terms of any online casino in the netherlands (excluding those that don't have any promotion). These are calculated in such a way that they are almost exclusively not in the customer's interests to even think about taking. Common with Holland Casino (although it is a practice shared by several others) is to advertise something as a "deposit bonus". The small print then reads that you have to play it around, accompanying small print reveals that on some games with a low margin for Holland Casino you must play this around many times (or many many times). Far from being responsible - I'd argue that this is deceptive. The bonus is not really for the deposit at all, but for playing around money enough that the customer statistically loses more than the headline "bonus" figure. The problem I have with this is that it irresponsibly misleads people into depositing and gambling money they would not normally have gambled with the belief, that Holland Casino have created, that they are getting something by doing this.

I genuinely don't mind them as a casino. For example, I have been able to withdraw my money easily on every occasion I have asked. But it's really annoying that their marketing makes the claims they're better than their competitors - but they engage in all the same questionable practices.

Holland Casino Online is by far the…

Holland Casino Online is by far the worst online casino ever. You have higher winchance playing ball under a cup somewhere in the streets of Paris.

It is not strange to have 40 nothings in a row. Free spins bonus, not a chance. Bonus games you can get but to win something is not.

Rejected because we were tired

We tried to get into this casino but was told we were too tired. Never heard anything more crazy. We stayed in a hotel close to the casino so we could enjoy the experience- never again!

Money greedy

I recently had a terrible experience at a casino that I will never forget. Despite only having three drinks the entire night, I was kicked out for being "too drunk." This accusation was completely baseless and unfounded, as I was still completely lucid and aware of my surroundings.

The casino staff were treating me like a common criminal and causing me and my friends to leave, ruining the evening. I felt humiliated and embarrassed, and it was an incredibly degrading experience.

To make matters worse, the casino offered no explanation or justification for their actions, leaving me feeling completely bewildered and helpless. Upon asking a different staff unaware of this situation, they did offer to help, but the damage was already done. They obviously just wanted us to spend our money and leave as soon as possible.

Terrible verification for non-Dutch

The verification did not go through for two months. I contacted customer service no use. Manager, no use. Filing a complain, no use. I stopped trying and it is completely a waste of time. They don't care about customers at all. The only thing they know is to tell me to try again. I tried thousands of times and here are the processes.
1. I tried to capture my Dutch id with camera: failed to recognise the back side of my id;
2. I tried to manually upload id pictures: it shows missing data or document;
3. I tired to use passport: failed and the manager said to passport is not recognised;
4. I tried to log in to contact the customer support: failed bcoz i have to do verification first;
5. When i do verification, it often automatically quit and I have to start over;
6. I tried using Safari and Chrome and neither of them works;
7. I clear the cache and it does not help either.
Any other platform suggested?

800 euro at 1 euro a spin over three days. Hardly ever a bonus game and the last one after a longtime paid 1.40 euro. I regularly played another online casino (not in the Netherlands) where I often won, but Dutch law was changed and you can no longer play the jackpot machines. The idea was to stop everyone losing, but Holland Casino Online is far worse. Do not play here, it is a total criminal organisation supported by the government.

Stay away from this one forget all the promos and bonuses

This casino is bad to the bone i wouldn't recommend this. Online or not they take more than they give. You will never win here. When you win it is the same or less amount of money you put in . I guess these holland casino's doesn't like it when people win . They rather let you think you did. What a shame i feel for the dutch peoples

Verification process is frustrating!

I can't really talk much because I didn't had a chance to play, but verification process is frustrating, after calls and calls, speaking with almost every costumer service agent, sending multiple emails, my verification process is pending.Support sent it to other department, technical how they call it, who are probably on vacation, because I don't understand if someone is waiting for weeks to get verified that it takes that much time.Support can't tell you when it will be, they just saying to wait.Well with whole respect but waiting few weeks for verification is way to long in this time of online casinos. I called like 20 times, sent multiple emails, gone through a lot of stress and now you need to wait ... I hope it will get verified so I can experience and judge fairly on it.This is just a verification process review, and it's horrible.

Black Jack and Roulette OK, but stay away from Poker stands.

Visited Holland Casino in Venlo yesterday. My friend was on the waiting list for Omaha Poker, so I decided to play Black Jack or Poker stands. In these Poker stands (different from the regular Poker table), the player plays against the casino. There were two types of stands.
Type I: Player bets and gets two cards, the casino gets also two cards. Then comes the flop, turn and river cards. The player must beat the Casino. But, can he? What are the odds? When you understand that the worst position in a NLH table are the Small and Big Blinds, then you understand that your chance of beating the casino is very slim because you MUST play whatever you are dealt with, folding is not an option.
Type II: This is much much worse than Type I.
The player bets and receives 5 cards, and the dealer receives 6 cards. Again, no folding, in effect, the player with his 5 cards must beat the casino with 6 cards. This task is impossible not even in a short run, let alone in a long run. For Gods sake stay away from these two money traps. The odds of winning here is almost the same as playing Three-card Monte.

POKER IN HOLLAND CASINO-For the longest…

POKER IN HOLLAND CASINO-For the longest time I have been debating with other players about
these so-called random number generators machines that for some reason everyone believes they are legit. These machines cost over $15,000 for each unit not to just to be completely random. There are other features that make these much more valuable.
these machines have the ability to read every card while shuffling and they can be remotely programmed to play different card games. Each machine has 2 different cameras inside!

They claim the reason they use these machines is to get more hands
dealt. Each time a hand is dealt the house gets a few dollars for their
cut. The machines shuffle a deck while game is in play, so when one hand is done the dealer just loads the machine back up with the deck just played, while grabbing the other deck that's been shuffled.
Can anyone answer any of these red flags because i have asked the
dealers the floor man the pit boss and not one have answered any.

1. Why do they have 2 cameras inside, when i spoke with a bally
representative he claimed its to catch cheaters. He had a machine
opened up and showed me the cameras he then took a card out while it was opened and turned it on. the shuffler started shuffling and then stopped. Sure enough, on the screen popped up the 8 of hearts the card that the rep. was holding. IT CAN READ THE CARDS PEOPLE! RED FLAG!
2. I then asked the rep. can this machine only play 1 game? The rep.
said oh no this game can be remotely programmed to play any game the user desires. IT CAN BE REMOTELY PROGRAMMED PEOPLE!THEREFORE IT CAN BE REMOTELY PROGRAMMED AND PLACE ANY CARD WHERE IT CHOOSES.THINK ABOUT IT.
IT CAN GIVE YOU THE BEST LOOKING HAND MAKING YOU THINK THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY OF LOSING. SO YOU GO ALL IN,EITHER PRE FLOP WITH YOUR ACES OR KINGS OR AFTER THE FLOP, ON THE TURN, OR THE RIVER! ONLY TO LOSE ALL
YOUR CHIPS TO SOME DONKEY HAND.THE ARGUMENT I HAVE WITH OTHER PLAYERS IS WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS WHEN WE ARE ALL PLAYING AGAINST ONE ANOTHER.
WELL........ LETS JUST THROW OUT ONE REMARK THAT THEY MAKE ENOUGH MONEY. HAVE YOU EVER MET ANYONE THAT CLAIMS THEY MAKE ENOUGH MONEY? In my opinion the main reason they dictate the cards is for JACKPOTS! YOU KNOW FOR SURE THESE CASINOS HATE PAYING OUT THE JACKPOTS. WITH THESE MACHINES THEY CAN DECIDE WHEN AND WHAT SEATS HIT AND HAVE THEIR PLAYER OR PLAYERS COLLECT THE PURSE. THAT'S A NO BRAINER! one casino i have played at there is this old man who has hit the jackpot over 30 times while others that have played there just as much never hit it once. Hes just real lucky that's all! Another argument is they cant do that they will get caught by the gaming commission. They monitor all the casinos. How are they going to catch them its impossible to prove.
3. Ive asked the dealer why do they cut the deck every time in half. why cant they cut it differently each shuffle. their response is they cant. WHY CANT THEY! RED FLAG
4.ON SEVERAL INSTANCES THE SHUFFLERS JAM UP AND STOP WORKING. SO WHY AT THAT POINT INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR A NEW MACHINE TO BE IN LIKE MOST OF THEM DO, WHY DON'T THEY START SHUFFLING AND DEAL THE CARDS. THEY ARE SO CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING MORE DROPS IN?
5. DON'T YOU THINK THAT ITS STRANGE HOW THE WSOP DOESN'T USE THESE MACHINES. THE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE COMPETE AGAINST ONE ANOTHER, WOULDN'T YOU THINK THEY WOULD WANT TO GET THROUGH THE HANDS WITH MUCH FASTER AND
WITH A RANDOM NUMBER SHUFFLE THEN HAND SHUFFLED.
If anyone has any insight on why this continues in all the casinos, or
any factual rebuttals, i would love to hear from you. As it stands right now for me i don't play with these machines anymore only
hand shuffled games which are only tournaments
