I've ordered a part online and wrote a mail asking for more information about shipping and the process. It's been a week and still no response. Worst I've ever experienced.

I had been struggling to find some brake parts for my daughter's 25 year old Mercedes A160 when I found the Hollander Parts website. What a relief. This website, unlike most of the others I had looked at, clearly showed details of the parts available and offered a guarantee and a return/ refund policy. I found the part I needed and spoke to a representative who provided more information about its likely suitability. I purchased it, confident that it would do the job. The part was in Queensland and I was in NSW and it arrived within two days. It was exactly what I needed. My daughter's car was soon back on the road. Thanks.

To expensive for delivery here in WA... I understand maybe, but why would I be using the website when the fee for freight is 4x more expensive than the part itself, so sad but it's true

How can you run a business with no phone number or email. Ive tried submitting online messages through their website to not hear back.

The part had both globe connections broken, and globes did not work.
Luckily the part I was replacing ( filled with water) had both connections ok. Had to cut and paste between both fittings. For $150 all I got was basically the frame and one bulb connection ( mine was corroded).
I’ll ge very careful purchasing further parts from you.
The service and delivery was excellent, just didn’t get what I thought I was paying for.

They were very helpful and organised delivery...would've given 5 stars except the guy on the phone didn't put it on hold before telling the next (very helpful) bloke that he didn't have time to deal with all this effin shit and could he take the call.
